She checked us in quickly and allowed us to use a luggage cart to bring our bags upstairs. I have ridiculously thick hair, so I asked for extra shampoo and conditioner, to which she happily accommodated. Our room was equipped with a mini fridge and a microwave, which was helpful for storing our road trip snacks and heating our dinner. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was powerful. The room seemed very clean and we slept like babies. In the morning, the hotel offered a complementary breakfast that featured a variety of foods, as well as some packaged foods, like danishes, that we were able to snag to munch on during the drive. Overall, this was a great experience!

The room itself was very clean, and we appreciated the nice handwritten welcome note. However, there were some downsides. The sheets had a funny smell, and the room had an older, musty smell. There was also some cosmetic damage throughout the room and bathroom. The shower in particular felt like it could break because the entire handle assembly pulled out when trying to turn the water on. Overall, it was okay for a quick one-night stay, but there are definitely some things that could use updating and maintenance.

Sterling ended up a mistake in numerous ways. Starting with the Ramada. Once a great stay, this facility is so run down, we handed the keys back and headed for Fort Morgan.
