From the moment I sat down with him, he made the entire financing process feel simple, transparent, and stress-free. Dan took the time to explain every option clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident about each step. What really stood out was his professionalism paired with a genuinely friendly and approachable attitude. He went above and beyond to help me secure a great rate and ensured all the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. It's rare to find someone who makes the financial side of buying a car feel this smooth. Thanks to Dan, I left the dealership feeling excited about my new vehicle and completely satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend this dealership--ask for Dan in finance; you won't be disappointed!

Misrepresentation of Sales Terms, Failure to Honor Agreement, and Unprofessional Conduct…read more I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a recent vehicle purchase from VIP Auto Enterprise , located in Orlando, Florida due to concerns involving misrepresentation of agreed sales terms, refusal to honor commitments made during the purchase process, and unprofessional handling of my attempts to resolve the matter. Prior to completing the purchase, I was fully transparent with the salesperson about my financial circumstances, including the amount I could afford for my down payment and the specific timeline for when I would be able to pay for the vehicle's permanent tag and registration fees. I clearly communicated that I would not be able to pay for the tag until approximately mid-February. The salesperson assured me that this would not be a problem and specifically stated that if necessary, the dealership would provide and honor a second 30-day temporary tag (not exceeding 60 days total) to allow sufficient time for me to meet the agreed payment timeline. I relied on these assurances when deciding to proceed with the purchase. As the expiration of the initial temporary tag approached, the dealership's management informed me that they would not honor the additional temporary tag as previously promised. They also refused to process the tag paperwork unless I immediately paid the tag and new plate fees, despite my prior disclosure of the payment timeline and the agreement made during the sale. As a result, my vehicle is now illegal to operate, creating significant hardship due to the dealership's failure to uphold the terms presented at the time of purchase. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this matter directly. When I contacted the salesperson via text message and phone calls, my communications were avoided, and I was redirected to the dealership's title clerk. When I spoke with the title clerk, she was dismissive and did not allow me to fully explain the agreement made during the sale. She stated that she would not honor the arrangement because "that is not how they do business," when asked to speak with her manager she advised he was not present also refusing to give me his name expressing that "I don't need to know his name" and then terminated the call abruptly. This interaction prevented any meaningful attempt at resolution. I believe this situation may constitute misleading or unfair sales practices, as I relied on representations made during the transaction which are now being denied.

We have had both of our vehicles serviced here several times. We have been very pleased with the level of customer service and the work done to our vehicles. One thing I LOVE about Sloan's that I have not experienced elsewhere is they run diagnostic on your car AND provide a report to you via text message. The link provides a written report split out by section of the vehicle, detailed notes and includes images of the part/section of the vehicle. Louise has been our main point of contact. He is very thorough, answers any questions I have and is very friendly. In the past at other shops, I have been treated differently being a woman, but I have not experienced that here. They give recommendations of work, will say what should be fixed immediately and what could wait till the next visit. They aren't pushy either. If you are looking for a mechanic, I highly recommend Sloan's Automotive.

After success taking my car there a few years ago I tried Sloan's again. This time was very…read moredisappointing. I was very clear about the current issues when dropping off the vehicle but clearly it was not being written down because I had to repeat myself on multiple phone calls. Although I tested the battery and even had tried to jump start it multiple times with my own cables and jump pack from the tow company, they were insisting I replace my battery to resolve the issue. After picking up my vehicle, I took it home and parked it for the night. Next morning I had the same issues as when I dropped it off to them days before. I do not believe Sloan's was honest about the repairs needed on my car and sold me on an expensive service because they knew the battery location in my vehicle is not easily accessible. Every service being quoted had ridiculous prices behind it. $213 to repair a $20 sensor after the car was already taken apart and paying $181 for diagnostics is insane. $574 to replace a $15 gasket is laughable. $262 to pull off a plastic cover and remove/replace 4 spark plugs, $105 for a $20 air filter. I understand cost of labor involved but some of these mark ups are so unrealistic, they cannot expect any person with even beginner car maintenance knowledge to pay these prices before doing it themselves.

The price listed online seemed fair, but once I sat down to talk numbers, I learned there's an automatic $4,000 up-charge added to every car on top of the advertised price. That alone felt misleading, but what made the situation worse was the attitude and lack of effort from the staff. When I asked why the price was so much higher than what I saw on the website and if we could work something out, the response I got was basically "that's the car you picked." No attempt to understand my budget, no offer to show me other options, and no willingness to actually earn my business. I wasn't expecting miracles -- just basic customer service and someone willing to talk numbers. What really sticks with me is how dismissive they were. I couldn't help but wonder if I was treated that way simply because I'm young. Instead of trying to help a serious buyer with cash in hand, they acted like my questions were an inconvenience. They literally lost a sale because of how they treat people. If they had just taken the time to work with me or show me alternatives, I would have left with a car that day. Between the hidden fees and the lack of respect or effort, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
