This absolute incompetence caused a massive, last-minute pivot and wasted 2 entire months of my time just to get to that point. I finally had to get stern and tell them they will be contacted when I am ready. Weeks later, I get ANOTHER call with the same tactics. They called during a busy time at work, and I mentioned I had no time to talk. The salesman pushed, demanded I set up a time with them to talk and went into a spiel about them being so eager to "help me" understand my benefits. I had to get extremely stern again and tell him I fully understand, and I will not be forced into their demands and would call them if I MYSELF decided to. The salesman got rude, told me I didn't have to "waste my words" and cut the call. The worst bout of children masquerading as salesmen I have ever had to deal with.
