Dr. Reed was very down to earth and explained everything. His staff were helpful, and the whole experience was much better than I dared hope. The colonoscopy was done elsewhere, but Dr. Reed was great there too, and talked to my wife afterwards. It's a bit hard to find, in a small strip behind Golden Chopsticks. Watch for the Love Clinic next door; I saw that sign before I noticed the one for this place. (And now I can torment Sweetie by talking about the Looooove Clinic...)

Please note: Make sure you tell them you want THEM to bill your insurance company or they will bill you and you have to fight with the insurance company to pay it. After I finished with the paperwork side, Lynn walked me through and was with me the rest of the process. She explained everything so thoroughly, brought me the contrast to drink, put the IV in, and administered the test. She was so kind that even thinking about it now is bringing me to tears. She calmed my nerves and made me as comfortable as it could be. If everyone is as nice as Lynn at Ohio Health, I will definitely make it a point to go to their facilities for tests. Thank you again Lynn. You are a true gem!
