I informed her that it had been a week without the meds and I was not pleased. A few days later I received a certified letter "Notification of Discharge" informing me that she would no longer provide medical care for me and to find a new doctor. Instead of trying to resolve the problem and take care of a long-time patient, they discharged me! Very unprofessional! I would not recommend this practice to anyone!
