The service was incredibly fast, and they made sure every single one of my needs was met throughout the entire process. When I got my car back, it looked absolutely brand new--like it had just come off the lot. What really sets them apart, though, is how much they genuinely care about their customers. They worked with me on a payment plan because they understood how urgently I needed my car, which meant so much to me. They also kept me informed every step of the way with regular updates, so I never felt out of the loop. On top of that, they handled all the little details that make a huge difference--they drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental, let me leave it at their shop when I was done, then vacuumed, cleaned it out, and returned it for me! The level of customer service here is truly exceptional. You will not find a better body shop than Collex in Pennsauken. Highly, highly recommend!

This time around I got…read morea "check engine" light on my dash along with a note to "check transmission and service" notification on my mobile application. Called Kimberly at Cadillac of Turnersvile (NJ) and she scheduled a repair and a loaner in a few days. In the meantime my Escalade was running just fine. Dropped off my Escalade and got a nice Cadillac CT-5 with 5,000 miles on it. Before I got home I got a call from Jeff, their service writer. The problem was a wiring harness which ran from inside the transmission to the TCU - Transmission Control Unit. Jeff asked if I'd like them to install a new transmission filter since the transmission pan had to be removed to do the 5 hour repair. Cost of filter $41 - no labor since the pan was already off. Picked up my truck the next day and paid my $50 warranty deductible and $41 for the filter. I really appreciate the fact that they (Jeff) took the time to let me know about a free labor opportunity to change my filter. Once again, everything went to plan and I'm very happy with how Kimberly and Jeff treated me - again. I'm about due for a new Escalade and there's no question where I'll be buying it. I bought a used (certified pre-owned -CPO) 2017 Escalade in October, 2017. I started experiencing air condition issues in June of 2022. From previous dealings with this dealershipI called Kimberly who handles warranty issues for them. I was pleased to learn that my CPO warranty would likely cover the repairs. We set a date when they would have a loaner and when I arrived at 9am my loaner was waiting. Kimberly introduced me to Jeff, a new service writer that I had never met. From there everything went very smoothly. At 2PM I received a call that my repair was complete - a repair that would have likely cost around $1,000 without the CPO warranty. I was responsible for my $50 deductible and that's it. They allowed me to return the loaner the next morning and again, everything went smoothly. A dealership is only as good as it's people and Kimberly is a pleasure to work with. Very pleasant and always trying to do the right thing by her customer. Jeff was also excellent. It's nice to be treated properly. Thank you Kimberly and Jeff.
