RO# 224475 Richard has repaired three of my vehicles and I will only use him. Before I found Richard I took two vehicles to dealerships to be repaired and wasn't satisfied with either of them. I took my one truck to Richard and after being in an accident and the workmanship was showroom quality, I also had him redo the repairs from the dealership which turned out fantastic. My latest vehicle I bought used and after a few years noticed the paint was deteriorating. Apparently whoever painted it used inferior paint that didn't last and made it difficult to paint over it, after working through the issues of the paint Richard was able to spray a seal coat and then lay down the final finish. It looks amazing almost like a new vehicle. I recommend anyone who needs their vehicle repaired to take to Richard, you won't be disappointed and he stands behind his work, a rarity in the world today. read more

Richard is not a good guy. He is a thief . He entered into an agreement to buy my deceased husbands Harley. He agreed to one form of payment and then fought me all the way for each payment. After only 3 small payments he decided he doesn't want to pay. He is holding my bike ransom blackmailing me to give him his 3 payments back. He is I. Default and bike needs to be repo. He seems like a great guy till he owes you money then the real person comes out. He claims to be this spiritual guy who sees Joe Mechado but this is hardly good karma for him. Be careful doing business with this company you may regret it To steal from a grieving widow is just heartless. Oh ya and he admitted he forged the pink slip with my dead husbands name. Collision Specialist saved me my car. I rear-ended someone at the beginning of March going about 5-10 mph. The damage was minimal so I took my car into another body shop (NOT Collision Specialist) located in Tempe that USAA (my insurance provider) recommended. I have never been in an accident so I trusted that USAA and that the Tempe body shop would take care of me. I signed some paperwork and was told I would be able to pick up my car in a week. Little did I know, the body shop in Tempe tore down the front of my car and totaled it... for a minor rear-end. They submitted the total without my knowledge to USAA who notified me that my car was going to be salvaged for parts. This was completely heart-breaking as this car was from my grandmother who passed away. I was not going to let my car be totaled when it was not a total. I had to spend two months debating with USAA and the Tempe body shop reversing a total. I felt extremely taken advantage of and scammed. Richard, from Collision Specialist, saved my car. He took in my car that had had the entire front torn down that I towed from the Tempe body shop to Tucson, and gave USAA an accurate and truthful estimate where he proved that my car was not totaled. He helped USAA overturn my total so that I may keep my car without getting a salvage title. He fixed my car so it looked brand new in such a short amount of time. I hope that people see this review and go to people they trust with their assets so that something like this does not happen to them. I had been without a car for 7 weeks due to this experience. Richard and all those at Collision Specialist helped me get back my car within a week of me bringing it in after previously not having my car for 6 weeks. Richard is a standup guy and a great person. I took my brand new Dodge 2500 Ram to Collison Specialist Ince, and they did great work! Richard is very honest, and his work was perfect! My truck still looked like came off the lot! He handled all the insurance and took his time to make it perfect! I highly recommend him and all my customers to him. His prices were great and he always went above and beyond. I even had him paint my fender flares and put them on with no additional cost to install. Just paid for our flares and paint. Our paint was a speciality color, and it looked beautiful!
