I was only there for a few moments until a ride picked me up to get to work. They called the next day to tell me what was wrong with the car and although the couldn't fix the problem they were super nice. So then I had to go there for AAA to tow my car to my mechanics. But as you know I didn't have a car anymore. They were more than a accommodating especially when I couldn't go when I scheduled to pick it up and they understood, all while not charging me storage. There are two woman who were working the two times I went there. Regrettably I didn't get their names but I believe one to be Patty (don't hold me to that but I think that's what she said when she answered the phone). Now let's just talk about the place itself for a bit. You may have noticed earlier I said the place was nice and clean. Most service places smell like Gad motor oil and look even worse. So I was already impressed and the bathroom smelled good and was cute. Also they have a homey feeling. There are these quotes all over the walls. A fast tire leak. Without an appointment they took me in right away, as it turns out I had a nail in the side wall. They took me into the shop to show me and I had no choice but to replace the tire. He told me it would be done later in the day but they called me just a couple hours later to say it was done. The car was clean and left in perfect condition. They called me after a week and 1/2 to tell me my car was ready but they were waiting for the insurance company. I really appreciated the follow-up because I was unsure how long it would take to fix my car. They followed up with 2 other calls to let me know it was ready. When I picked my car up, the detailing both inside and the outside were amazing. The car is only a year old, so its still shiny, but they made my girl look even sparklier. They were very easy to deal with, and very flexible with my schedule. The front end person, I think Gloria, was very professional but understanding that this whole thing was stressful. I didn't have to do a lot of follow up with them. They also detailed my car, which I've never had done, but from what I could tell they did an awesome job there too. My car looks and smells nice. Afterwards I took my car to my normal trusted mechanic to make sure everything was good, and they were very impressed with the work. They couldn't tell it was in an accident, and said that they saw enough bad body work that it was refreshing to see when it was done really well. I've already recommended them to people.

But here where things went all to hell. I went to After Hours with my truck and tail gate. Met up with the owner. Went out to the truck were the new tail gate was in the wooden crate that it was shipped in. The owner asked if this after market was the right one. I explained that the disclaimer states that it fit my year of truck and that i didn't have time to take it out of the truck to check it. Long story. To sum it up. They owner painted the tailgate, threw away the crate and then realized that its not the right tailgate. Wouldn't work with me on the price at all. Stuck with a tailgate that won't work along with a 730.00 bill. You would think with over 30 years of being in the business they would of checked this first. Never again!!!

I was able to drop the car off with the keys in their after hours box and they got back to me early on Monday with a fair price and turned it around that day. The issue was 2 bad coil backs. They advised me that they could just replace the 2, but they usually fail together, and I would save 3X the labor if we did them now, but there was no pressure. Fast Quality work for a quality price will have me coming back. Jill was really nice too, and Paul was very professional. I will definitely be going back, and I would give them a shot.
