The engine in my son's 2012 Hyundai locked up a couple of weeks ago, so my son had it towed to Complete Auto. It was going to cost between somewhere in the range of $4,000-$6,000 to replace the engine, and he still has a small loan on the car. The team at Complete auto (Nick & Matt) did some searching and found that there was a technical service bulletin (TSA) on his year and make of vehicle that addressed the engine failure. Long story short, they suggested that we have it towed to a Hyundai dealership to see if they would warranty it, and...THEY DID! Complete Auto "could" have not told us about the service bulletin and possibly had a big pay day. It's very hard to find that level of honesty in ANY business these days. They might not always be the cheapest, but they have my business and recommendation because of their quality work, honesty, over-all value, and willingness to help people out in any way possible. And that dreaded day came and they were on the list of the insurance. They were very responsive and they told me went to bring my car and they worked on it within the timeframe they set up. It happened I was overseas when they were done and they were nice enough to accommodate me and keep the car there for a week or so till I come back. It was repaired so well even my colleagues at work could not tell it was repaired. The paint quality and the finishing was perfect. They even cleaned it from the inside better than I do myself which was not expected but highly appreciate it. I don't know how this is acceptable in any industry. This is not on the insurance company okaying the payment. They deposited the amount into my account on Jan 12. When you were billing me for the Volvo, you realized that you had not invoiced me for the F150, that is why you have not been paid yet. Figure this out! They determined that would take a few days to fix it and to fit it into their schedule between other customers. They saved me by giving me a loaner car which was so much appreciated since I don't know anyone in the area who could help out. I really like how they would call and update me daily and sent pictures on the issues and descriptions in an email. I don't know about you but I can never remember when they rattle off a bunch of issues. It was nice to be able to reference back to that email. The price was also reasonable. I would recommend them. They were also humble enough to point out that they don't have alignment available right now but recommended another shop. That speaks volumes. Very helpful front counter person as well.
