I have recently visited for SI joint pain and pelvic misalignment, which has helped slightly however when I visited a PT they were surprised at the adjustments I had received and that they weren't more thorough & recommended I see care elsewhere. My daughter also visited recently and was with the chiropractor for less than 5 minutes. She hadn't been there for over a year and had experienced dramatic changes due to height growth, weight loss and a new very rigorous fitness regime, and the adjustment didn't help her feel any better... hard to imagine how 4 minutes of care really could help? We have experienced great care here but I couldn't currently recommend. I hope they address these issues as a really genuinely like them - which is the reason for the 3 stars! Just lately, it's been a very average level of care.

She is masterful at the adjustments, and the surrounding soft tissue work not only warms up the body and makes the session more enjoyable for the client, but it creates a deeper, more effective session. Dr. Marcus' ability to zero in on trouble spots is consistently impressive. Her bedside manner is warm and sincere. I went back to the office a few more times ~ and saw another chiro there who I thought had a much better touch and much more of a healer in her approach. She is no longer there, sadly... One time I was charged one amount when I was finished. Later I got a bill that said - I owed more? Why was it $35 when I was there, then, apparently - it wasn't? They billed me for $10 more dollars later. Just weird? On the Plus Side? They are really great I think to do an Xmas Special every year - where you go in and make a donation, then they give you a free adjustment. Win/win on that part. They have good hearts.

Whooooooa. First off, if you knew what shape I was in before you'd understand why I'm wholly…read morecompletely loyal to Dr Robinson and his incredible well oiled team! I should have written this review months ago but today was the Ah-ha moment. I called around several chiros around my area for an urgent appointment , I was in desperate need of a chiropractor. I had been at that time battling post herpetic neuralgia from shingles for about a year and a half with PT medical massages injections and oral meds with no improvement. I was at the point where the pain was making me incredibly depressed and I was going on a trip where I would had to sit on a plane for a long time so I wanted to get adjusted before my trip. I finally found this office that had an opening and I came in had an evaluation and it was adjusted that day. I felt a lot better immediately unlike my other visits with other Chiropractor's. Dr. Robinson's office had warned that my recovery might take up to a year but honestly I felt 100% by month 4. Essentially zero pain from the post herpetic neuralgia. It wasn't until today that I realized after a maintenance medical massage that this new discomfort I have been feeling, was due to an upper rib being unaligned. My LMT had tried to correct it, but said that I might need a chiropractor because she believed that a rib was stuck. Immediately after my massage appointment, I called Dr. Robinson's office and he was able to squeeze me in. I am so eternally grateful because as soon as I came in and showed him what was hurting and what made it hurt - he diagnosed it and got everything back in order. I got off the table and try to replicate the pain and it was still there a little bit, Dr. Robinson had mentioned that it might still be a little bit sore especially because it had just been worked on by the LMT, but wanted to make sure that everything was back in place so I got back on the table and after that second adjustment I was instantly able to breathe better more deeply, and there's absolutely no pain. I am so thankful I found the office. The entire staff (Dr. Hudson, Brandy, Dana) are immensely, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend coming here if you have any pains that have anything to do with alignment. OHHHH and Dr Hudson is the baby whisperer for infant, toddler, and children! She offers chiro care for children! She's amazing! I have not brought in my own children (didn't think they needed it but after reading how it could help them I think I will!) but have seen her with her clients and she's honestly so gentle and kind and has the BEST energy! Love this group of healers!

I met with Phil who did a wonderful job understanding my symptoms and educating me on what he believed to be happening. He has a great bedside manner and thoroughly explained what he was doing, what it would feel like and what I should be doing during treatment. He utilizes some advanced (at least to me) equipment, laser to warm the muscles/tissue, and an interesting motorized treatment table. He recommended a therapeutic massage, which I did with Ashley, which was also wonderful. She did a wonderful job helping my back feel so much more limber. I'm on the mend and appreciated the experience at Modern Chiro (previously Milan Center).
