This place is very clean and there is digital entry but for events there is always someone at entry to let you in and guide you to whatever event you are there for. If having an event in the Norfolk area this place is a definite option to consider.

Upon leaving I saw there was much more. It appeared to be built giving one a small town feel. There were multiple streets with different shops and eateries facing the streets with housing above them. The complex must have originally been expected to generate construction & multiple businesses around it. But at the time I visited the area around it was still relatively devoid of major construction.
