You can rent this place and use it for a variety of reasons. A get together with family, work meetings, and even a dedicated recording room to do a podcast. On every level there are different aspects to fit your personal or business needs. On the top floor there is an open rooftop with a full kitchen that can be rented out. This place is very clean and there is digital entry but for events there is always someone at entry to let you in and guide you to whatever event you are there for. If having an event in the Norfolk area this place is a definite option to consider.

They have a huge event space that you can rent out for anything, and it faces out onto the water which was a gorgeous view. I also did personal training here with Sierra Meacham and for anyone looking for a personal trainer but doesn't know where to start, like I was, I highly HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Sierra even just for a talk. She helped me personal train and helped me understand meal prepping and what to look for in my foods and what I need nutrients-wise for my goal as well as my weight goals! She kept pushing me to my PRs are farther:) She is so understanding and takes every problem I had whether it was with meal-prepping or weight-lifting posture hesitancies and how to overcome. She wore hers but there was one person there working I guessed as a paid member ( customers are considered members) wasn't wearing their face mask. There are two floor levels of rental space. Depending on your needs the rooms can be for a single person needing privacy or a large group of 15. I was taken to the second location, Old Towne Road location. This location is much more modernized than the Penniman location but more smaller rooms. This location is a one level location and have a full kitchen access. Whether you need the space for a private meeting or a baby shower this place can accommodate all needs. Thank you Neera, the Maximum building @ Work Nimbly to allow me to tour your facilities.

We ended up locating it in search of a brunch spot following a morning doctor appointment in the Greenbrier section of Chesapeake. The brunch spot was directly opposite the corporate building. Upon leaving I saw there was much more. It appeared to be built giving one a small town feel. There were multiple streets with different shops and eateries facing the streets with housing above them. The complex must have originally been expected to generate construction & multiple businesses around it. But at the time I visited the area around it was still relatively devoid of major construction. Since it's quite a distance from my house and the lack of quality in the brunch spot, I probably wouldn't return. But I enjoyed the exploration.
