We found him randomly at a time when my elderly mom was having a lot of computer issues and was getting confused easily. Which can be scary given the world of scammers looking to take advantage of elderly folks online, etc. I live far away from my mom so couldn't help her directly, but happened to meet Mitch when I was in town when we needed someone and now I have him go help my mom all the time. From everything to do with the printer, her phone, her computer, her wireless router, even her cable TV. And now I have him helping my elderly Aunt - again across all the electronics and computer and phone kinds of things. I'm super super grateful for his services. He's reasonably priced (we can't afford anything but what we need), he's communicative and he looks out to anticipate problems not just react to the ones that have already happened - which is great. Highly recommend.

There's no tech repair or service business I would recommend more than Keystone Computer Advising…read more The service I received was exceptional -- unlike anything I've experienced from Geek Squad or other mainstream tech services. Ricardo is not only an expert who will gladly help and repair your PC, but he's also fair, communicative, and exceptionally skilled. In addition, my PC was repaired and ready to be picked up within a day of leaving it in Ricardo's hands. When my PC wouldn't turn on -- which I believed to be a power supply issue -- I first took it to Best Buy for a diagnosis. However, they could not have been less helpful; they wouldn't even attempt to identify the problem. In contrast, when I reached out to Ricardo, he very nobly offered free advice on the safest and most cost-effective steps to diagnose and fix my PC in an effort to save me money. At the same time, he reassured me that he'd be happy to handle the repair himself if that was my preference. I can confidently say there's nowhere else I'd rather go for my computer services and repairs. I would be remiss not to mention the care and thoroughness he brings to every step of the process. Not only did Ricardo repair my PC -- the service I received truly went the extra mile. It's now running like brand new. In addition to replacing the power supply, he completely cleaned out the dust, replaced the thermal paste on the CPU, and checked for viruses and malware. Throughout the process, Ricardo maintained clear communication regarding the services he was performing, and he never charged me for anything I didn't request.

My laptop would no longer charge. After calling several places and going to the geek squad I was devastated with the grim prognosis and expensive solutions offered until my husband found Keystone on another site. The reviews spoke so highly of Ricardo, that I quickly called him despite it being closing time. To my surprise he picked up the phone and then offered to stay and wait for me. He was amazing, told me he'd run a diagnostic to check my hard drive first to be sure there was no damage from the drop- why repair if hard drive damages (wow! We agreed that he would proceed with the repair if all was well. He spelled out the terms of our agreement and gave me a 5 day turn around. You can imagine how happy I was to get a call the following day from him saying my laptop was ready. This is my kind of establishment, honest, fair, customer-friendly and fast! VERY DISHONEST REPAIR SHOP!!! I thought Nick was a good guy but found out I was wrong. I took a…read moresurround sound receiver to him and knew what was wrong with it because its a known issue. I even brought the correct parts and schematics and asked him to just replace the parts and he agreed to do it for $30. A week later he called and said he fixed it and it tested working without replacing the parts. So I picked it up and paid the $30. Got home and hooked it up and nothing, still had the same issue so I took the receiver back to him not even an hour later and he said he would take it to have the parts soldered on due to a special tool needed. About 2 weeks later he called and said it was done and working perfectly, So I went and picked it up and he charged me another $40. he said that the parts were replaced and I should have no problems. Got home hooked it up and nothing again, he didn't fix a thing. I opened the unit and saw the parts were not replaced. So Back I went again. He said that the guy tested the parts and said they were working. I asked why he told me he replaced them. He said the guy said he did. So he said he would put the parts on finally. So now a month goes by and I heard nothing. I called and got the same speech that the parts weren't bad and that I should just trash the unit. So I go and pick my unit back up and asked if I could get SOME of my money back. He started crying about how much time he spent on it and that it wasn't fixable. So I sent it to a guy on ebay that advertises that he fixes them in Arizona and a week later (including shipping) I have a perfectly working system again for $75!!! It is amazing how someone can spend so much time working on something and not fix it. All NSO ELECTRONICS did was take my hard earned money. AVOID NSO, NICK IS A THEIF
