Everyone from the office staff to the moving team are professional and go above and beyond with there service. I cancelled my move two day before they where suppose to move me back into my home because of a death in the family and Jennifer was so kind and accommodating and gave me the earliest next date. When the team of movers got to my home they where efficient and careful about everything that they touched. When they where done moving everything in they went room by room with me and made sure furniture and boxes where were I needed them Caleb, Jason and Alex are the A team. Caleb went as far as vacuuming a room I wanted to put a rug in. There is no better company then Vermont Moving and Storage if you need movers

Hi David, Assuming…read morebefore verifying facts seems to be a pretty consistent practice here. The original review is not fake - it was an accurate recount of what happened. If your records show that you didn't have a 10x30 open at the time, you should be speaking with your staff, not accusing someone who already resolved not to do business with you publicly. This just solidifies my original stance. I never will step foot in here.

I've had a unit at Flynn Storage for a bit over two years. I have found the staff, especially the…read moremanager Joel, to be helpful, friendly, and professional. A few times I had to change my cc on file, and was extended a grace period. The unit has always been dry ( very important with a storage unit ) and secure. Although the rates maybe 5 or 10% higher than some facilities out of town, it's only a mile or so from Downtown BTV, and it's the only one within city limits. Perfect for me. I've been in the moving business for fifteen years and often recommend them to my customers. I am satisfied with the service.

From the original quote by Heidi to the delivery that was handled by Justin, Bradley, and Matt,…read morethis was the best move we've had! And we've moved across the country and back! This was an out-of-state delivery (to Connecticut). We were impressed by the professionalism at every step of the way. We didn't want to be surprised by "unexpected" additional costs when our furniture was delivered. Heidi's quote was higher than competitors but seemed much more reasonable compared with past moves. In the end, the final cost was a little lower than the estimate. More than fair cost for the value of the work done. Well done, Heidi! Justin, Matt, and Brad showed up promptly on the scheduled day to pack us. Polite, responsible -- and efficient! They packed boxes and protected the furniture well. They finished early enough to start loading the truck that day and came back the following day to finish loading. They arrived earlier than expected in Connecticut the following morning and unloaded very quickly. Furniture was positioned and reassembled as we wanted and boxes were placed in the correct locations. Amazing work! Nothing was lost. Nothing was broken. Despite the careful protection, there were minor scuff marks on a couple of pieces, but nothing worth trying to repair. On time, under budget, and in good order. It doesn't get better than that. Thanks, yet again, Heidi, Justin, Bradley, and Matt. Wonderful job. And we hope Heidi got some of Angelo's Italian cookies that we sent back with you. We don't plan to move again, but if we did, we would call Morways/ProMoving for the job.
