Then I found Dr. Pirayesh. It's a membership situation with a low monthly fee but worth every penny! It's wonderful you can text, email or call her direct. She's very responsive and gets back to you in more than a reasonable amount of time. She even makes her own appointments with you. I highly recommend her but her patient load is limited so you better sign up soon.

He had worked with me for a year and just as we were ready to start making calls to surrogates, he did one more blood test and told me that I was actually pregnant. I have never heard of a general practitioner not making time for one of their patients. What is the point of having one? I will be switching GPs. Kelli is fine....Spencer (PA) and the shot specialists are kind, helpful, and provide great care for my son. However, the administrative side of this practice is incredibly frustrating and disorganized. We have spent two months following a "maintenance schedule" that was explicitly confirmed by the office both in person and over the phone, only to be told two months later that their records were wrong and my son is now three visits behind. This level of miscommunication has effectively wasted two months of progress. Beyond this major error, the office is nearly impossible to reach. Calls are rarely answered, it takes days to get a return call, and portal messages are often met with short or dismissive responses. It is a shame that such a high level of clinical care is overshadowed by such poor office management. If you choose this office, be prepared to meticulously track every date and record yourself, as their internal communication is unreliable.

Proactive right there. She had her assistants do in Office breathing tests. I assisted a friend who has had a chronic cough for years .
