Dr. Angelucci is approachable and personable, something that is hard to find in my experience in a successful primary physician. She has great bedside manner and makes you feel absolutely comfortable even when situations are less than so. Dr. Willis is the reason I fought tooth and nail with insurance to keep CCPN as my group so that I could continue to see her/Angelucci. Dr. Willis is not only the best experience I have had with a doctor, but she believes me about my chronic migraine pain, which is exceedingly rare (many doctors think you're just cruising for drugs). She is relatable, genuinely wants to help, and like Dr. Angelucci, has wonderful bedside manner. She goes out of her way to ensure that her patients get the best care and feel as healthy as they can. Oh! And Neal at the front desk is THE best way to be greeted at any business, ever. He makes you feel like you are the only patient of the day every time you walk in, every time. He's great. She's very responsive and gets back to you in more than a reasonable amount of time. She even makes her own appointments with you. Not only is it difficult to get an appointment, I have been hung up on, while in the middle of a sentence only to be transferred to the automated system to rate my experience - but the system did not work - neither my touchtone entry nor my voice response were accepted. In addition, we are constantly receiving notifications that we owe $ for our copays - for which we have all of the receipts for the total amount owed. Patient portal messages are not always responded to - or we are directed to call the office or make an appointment. As a long term patient, I find it hard to understand why I must wait for 5 - 8 MONTHS to see my designated primary care physician. When I called in August to make my annual appt, the first available was in December. The front office staff member stated that I could not see the doctor within a year of my last appt because my insurance would not pay for it. Totally untrue - my insurance provider verified for me. The front office is loud as staff are talking and giggling between patients - there is no confidentiality when discussing personal information. I wish I had some positive things to say - other than the fact that the office is clean and back office staff are friendly and professional.

I was surprised when they told me I would need to go to a med stop or urgent care as they were booked solid this week! I have never heard of a general practitioner not making time for one of their patients. What is the point of having one? I will be switching GPs. I am amazed by the lack of service and care for their patients.

I finally have had the time to get tested for what I knew were multiple allergies. The staff is very thoughrough, and I filled out a detailed multi-page questionaire before being seen the first time. The office staff did alert me before the appointment to leave extra time for the paperwork, and even explained that it would take a few minutes. I was seen on time, and given the allergy spot test almost immediately, which confirmed allergies that I was unaware of, but had suspected. I have hay fever and was having the symptoms of itchy eyes, and difficulty breathing when it affected my asthma. They also conducted the lung capacity tests, recorded them on a computer, and gave me the results right away. I was able to have a long discussion with the doctor, who took my former medication into account, and suggested a couple of ways to treat my allergies. The tests were very precise, and even listed the exact type of pollen that I am allergic to. The office staff provided me with printed information about the medication I would need, and a demonstration of how to use it. I also received a printed brochure about the medication, and a schedule for using it by email. Getting the allergy shots has also been well-organized, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Kelli is fine....Spencer (PA) and the shot specialists are kind, helpful, and provide great care for my son. However, the administrative side of this practice is incredibly frustrating and disorganized. We have spent two months following a "maintenance schedule" that was explicitly confirmed by the office both in person and over the phone, only to be told two months later that their records were wrong and my son is now three visits behind. This level of miscommunication has effectively wasted two months of progress. Beyond this major error, the office is nearly impossible to reach. Calls are rarely answered, it takes days to get a return call, and portal messages are often met with short or dismissive responses. It is a shame that such a high level of clinical care is overshadowed by such poor office management. If you choose this office, be prepared to meticulously track every date and record yourself, as their internal communication is unreliable.
