Kelli is fine....Spencer (PA) and the shot specialists are kind, helpful, and provide great care for my son. However, the administrative side of this practice is incredibly frustrating and disorganized. We have spent two months following a "maintenance schedule" that was explicitly confirmed by the office both in person and over the phone, only to be told two months later that their records were wrong and my son is now three visits behind. This level of miscommunication has effectively wasted two months of progress. Beyond this major error, the office is nearly impossible to reach. Calls are rarely answered, it takes days to get a return call, and portal messages are often met with short or dismissive responses. It is a shame that such a high level of clinical care is overshadowed by such poor office management. If you choose this office, be prepared to meticulously track every date and record yourself, as their internal communication is unreliable.

Questions are encouraged and completely answered. Being in the MD-VIP program is expensive, however I believe it possibly saved my husband's life. Her thorough annual physical including an EKG picked up my husband's cardiac problem. This opened doors to cardiac referrals and ultimately he needed and received a pacemaker implant. I have had a very complicated medical history and she has dealt with it all with caring and knowledgeable decisions. We feel special and on a first name basis with her and the staff. We are very blessed to have Dr Fong watching over us.

I just thought life was pain 24/7 for the last 20 years. I can't say anything about the doctor, other than that she allows patients to go untreated for 8 months before a 1st appointment. Yes, I know I live in a place where it is difficult to get proper care. That said: I have been waiting OVER 2 months for an urgent referral to even be evaluated to see if she will accept me as a patient on both VA and private insurance referrals. I have been meanwhile hospitalized for the problem. Twice they have been resent the referral, but no one can tell me when/if it will ever be reviewed. And I'm told even if I'm approved as a patient, the earliest appointments are January/Feb 2022. So a minimum 8 months to even get seen the 1st time as a new patient, even on an urgent referral. If you are so short-staffed you cannot adequately care for patients, if you are so booked that it is 2+ months before you even start an urgent referral, *STOP ACCEPTING REFERRALS*. THIS IS BORDERING ON MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE. Since I'm certain I won't get a contact any time soon, I've gone ahead and arranged to drive to LA for treatment at the VA hospital. No one should have to make a choice like this. A 6+ hour round trip for care, simply because a specialist in the community is so horrible at handling referrals. I would say it's a shame they are treating a veteran this way, but from the conversations I have had with them, it seems that they treat EVERYONE this poorly. Do NOT let your doctor refer you to this office if you need care in the next 8 months.
