We are a family that loves quality, and although we live 40 mins away, we don't mind making the drive because of the high quality service we receive in exchange. His staff is always friendly and polite. There are books, toys, and games for children to play in the waiting area. The entire facility is clean and looks new. Dr. Macias is patient and will actually listen to your concerns and not try to rush you no matter how busy he is with so many appointments. She's very responsive and gets back to you in more than a reasonable amount of time. She even makes her own appointments with you. If you get a blood test or send him anything, he calls you the day he receives it to discuss the results or to confirm receipt. No guessing about "did he get it?"
