On the morning of 6/30/25 I tried to order $90.00 worth of rugs using my earned cash and was told I couldn't use it because they changed the policy. I plan to return all items, buy them again during Kohls cash days, get my rugs and cut up that card and never shop there again. I won't be surprised if they go out of business. This wonderful store is located in the large shopping center on Carlisle Pike, and is situated across from the Target and Wegmans. I decided to turn to professionals after striking out on finding comfortable sneakers for spinning and walking. When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by Fred who ended up helping me select appropriate shoes for my individual feet. The appointment started with a scan of both of my feet. They used a specialized machine to determine the size, width, and arch of my feet. Fred explained that he also observed me walking without shoes to see how my feet landed. He then selected about 4 pairs of shoes for me to start with. Fred was extremely patient as I tried each shoe. It was apparent that he is very knowledgeable and was striving to ensure that I was comfortable and pleased with my options. I ended up going with the On Cloudflyer 4 in the black/white color way. I also purchased the Swiftwick Flite XT socks in the gray/white color way. This is easily the best experience I have ever had with sneaker shopping. I will be returning to the store in ten days to get a second pair of shoes in a different color way.
