Also the MA training by far the most mediocre training you will ever see. Most of what you learn in independent and the instructor never responds when you need help or have question. Basically you're on your own with roughly 20 assignments and discussions. Almost my entire class had so many complaints about the instructor and how she was so mean and for no reason. The instructor puts an extreme amount of homework on the students and then says "no late work is accepted " as if people don't have lives outside of school..They purposely make people have to retake the modules so they can get paid more money. The people in the office especially financial aid rarely answers or returns calls. They take complete control of your financial aid and you won't know how much aid you were approved for and or if there's excess funds and if the max is being requested etc. Then they put so many transactions on a "breakdown" that's supposed to explain what the charges are etc but it's so much b.s on there you won't even understand and it's never clear. Please save yourself from a headache DON'T DO IT!!!

Life-Changing Experience…read more Attending ChoiceCenter Leadership University in Las Vegas was one of the most profound and transformational experiences of my life. The emotional intelligence (EQ) trainings completely changed the way I see myself, my relationships, and the world around me. Through this journey, I uncovered parts of myself I hadn't tapped into for years -- not only did I elevate my personal growth, but I deepened my connections with my partner and closest friends in ways I didn't think were possible. The tools and breakthroughs I walked away with continue to shape how I lead, love, and show up in every aspect of my life. If you're ready to challenge yourself, grow beyond your limits, and create lasting change -- this is the place. I can't say enough good things about this experience. Thank you, ChoiceCenter. You helped me wake up to the best version of myself.

I'd really give this school 3.5 stars. A few weeks went by before I decided to go up to the school in person. I spoke with a receptionist who put me on the phone with Dr Cindy, she answered my questions, I paid over the phone to her, and the receptionist gave me my books. Pros: A. I like that it is "online"- really it's not much online, they give you books and audio CD's; But I love that I was able to study at my own pace because I was working 2 jobs at the time. B. The quizzes and test were convenient. After completing, I emailed my answer sheet and Rick graded them and emailed my results promptly, within the next half hour or so. C. When I got puzzled on a section, I was able to email Cindy and she was very helpful at explaining in detail my concerns. Cons: I knew NOTHING about real estate before taking this class. So when I completed everything, I got a generic email saying Thanks for using our program, see you in a year. I was left with a "now what?" Feeling. I didn't know how to go about finding a broker, and any questions I had for them after I passes the test with them were unanswered. It's like after you take their class, they dont want to talk to you anymore about anything not do they care to answer questions. I had two friends who went to other schools at the same time as me, not online, and they were set up to know what to do once their exams were passed. They even got the opportunity to meet with brokers throughout their schooling. *When you do an online course here, you don't get that privilege.* Overall, I passes the exam, I figured everything out and things are going GREAT for me. It's one of the BEST decisions I've made. This school provides you with all the information you need to passes the exam and get licensed. I would recommend it for people who are familiar with the real estate field. If you need "hands on" help or any kind of guidance throughout, I'd suggest going someplace else where your instructor is willing to communicate with you and guide you.

I was very enthusiastic about starting right away and they got me set up immediately. They have a separate room with several computers that you work at your own pace. If ever I had technical difficulties, they were available to help right away. They also were super accommodating with temperature control (I am always cold!). There was a fellow student who had a "sniffing tic" that was making me super anxious and I could not focus. Kim suggested that I use one of the private computers in her office. Perfect. Excellent service. Andy would sometimes come into the classroom and offer goodies from his "secret stash" of candy and was so pleasant and full of energy. The videos were well done and Andy is HILARIOUS! I would find myself BELLY-LAUGHING in class and since we had headphones on because everyone was learning at their own pace. I got a few looks that quickly turned into "Oh, I know what you are laughing about" as others began to go through the program as well... ABC was great with encouraging practice testing right on-site and then when I mastered the practice test, I took and passed the official MA test (on the first try) on Valentine's day and then subsequently, the NH test in August. Great Job Andy! Thanks for keeping otherwise dry material both fun and interesting to me. Heidi
