    After using this company for only two months, I feel completely scammed and deeply regret signing…read moreup. They initially presented themselves as social media and algorithm experts who knew more than anyone else in the industry. In reality, their work showed either total ignorance or deliberate misrepresentation--I believe the latter. They start off friendly and act in good faith to build trust, but the experience quickly becomes miserable. They pressured me into a "buyout" option to end the contract early, making it clear that continuing would be unbearable. I ended up deleting or heavily editing about 90% of their posts. If I'm spending that much time fixing their mistakes, what's the point of paying someone to handle posting for me? They never asked basic questions to understand my business, my current menu, or my operations. Instead, they pulled old photos from my Google account and posted outdated specials from last year that are no longer on the menu--making my business look sloppy and out of touch. The captions and descriptions were full of basic errors: improper capitalization of city/town names and people's names, missing or misplaced commas, awkward sentence structure, and overall poor writing. This made my business appear unprofessional, uneducated, and careless to customers. All of this disrespected my brand and wasted my time and money. I give them 0 stars and strongly warn others--do not fall for this. Save yourself the frustration and potential damage to your reputation. If you're considering a social media management service, do thorough research, check real client references, and start with a short trial if possible. This experience was a hard lesson learned.

I have been waiting for over a year and a half for the ninety second video I commissioned and paid for through Doug Witt with your company. I feel the lack of curiosity, inability to conduct a functional interview and the disinterest evident with completing this commission - to the customers satisfaction - is an indication of areas with your company that could benefit from my expertise. I have been a custom maker for most of my fifty-plus year career. Developing the stellar reputation I enjoy today involves taking a genuine interest in the wants and needs of my customers. I use the interview process to uncover the information I need and use to create something that will best suit my customer. Remaining curious about not only the particular direction I take with my creative efforts but remaining sensitive about the response from my client keeps open the channels of communication and understanding that promotes the environment for appropriate changes that result in an exquisite finished product. The inability of your company to produce effective communication about the progress of a product or even attempt to produce satisfaction during the development of a product is an indication that these functional qualities of regard for what is best for the client may not be part of your business model. This history concerns me. I wouldn't want this sort of treatment to occur to anybody else. Being proactive with what is best for my fellow man is what prompted the negative reviews posted. Yet, you ask for them to be deleted. But what about the product your company agreed to provide? Being a service provider enduring this extended period of inactivity on your part, I have thought long and hard about your predicament. It is clear to me that this standoff has been created by the tainted beliefs, inappropriate behaviors and preventable circumstances. And they do not fall into alignment with what is best for everyone. Since the policy of going above and beyond the expectations of others with integrity has resulted in the stellar reputation I enjoy, I feel that instead of attempting to leverage a solution, I should make myself available to teach your team the valuable skills, proven moral conduct and relational expertise that could take your business up to the next level. Once everyone with your company realizes and has a handle on the benefits of going above and beyond the call of duty, they too will want to do all they can to make every customer happy with the products they produce - including me.
