Best college counselor ever!!! I met her during one of the darkest periods in my life, and she helped me navigate college with a clearer mind. Ms. Patty has been an incredible guide during my college application process. She knows the ins and outs of all Florida colleges that I would've never known on my own. She has helped keep me organized and on track since I started my process much later than usual and I applied to 13 schools! My parents and I chose the cheapest of our options with Patty but, we feel she has prepared me better than any college advisor would have since she works with a smaller amount of students than big corporations. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Patty L.

Mrs. Patty LeCompte launched LeCompte College Prep after a long career in public education both in PA and NY. She moved to Florida for her "retirement," but the opportunity to once again work with high school students as a mentor in their college preparation was simply too good to pass up! She has been a classroom teacher at the high school, community college, and university levels. She earned a Master's in Educational Leadership and is licensed as a High School Principal, Career & Tech/Vocational School Director, and teacher of multiple subjects. They include Marketing, Hotel Management, Cooperative Education, and Family/Consumer Sciences. Patty has turned her experience and passion for guiding teens in college admissions and careers into LeCompte College Prep. College consultant certified by Univ of CA. Put her expertise to work for you as you consider your next steps beyond high school. As a Professional Member of IECA and HECA, ethics and integrity are at the core of her practice.
