When I first started seeing him, I was trying to ween off an especially difficult to ween off antidepressant. Joseph helped me with lowering the dosages and scheduling follow ups until I was finally able to get off them entirely. A few months later when my depression crept back and began to severely affect and disrupt my day to day life, I reached back out to Dr. Joseph. He prescribed me an antidepressant that had a profound effect on my wellbeing. I don't always have the best experience with doctors. I feel that sometimes doctors lose their empathy or prescribe medication all willy-nilly to treat a symptom rather than the whole. Throughout my time with Dr. Joseph, I felt that he took the time to listen to my concerns, and cared about improving my quality of life. He was incredibly knowledgeable in his craft and vigilant in finding the perfect dose. He took the time to explain the cons and benefits of different medicines and why he believed this one was the right one for me. I don't believe I would be here today if I hadn't received this quality of care from him and his staff. Neuro Wellness Spa in general has been an amazing company to work with. They were quick to get me started during the onboarding process so that I could see someone as soon as possible. She is friendly and a really sharp dresser! Great shoes! She is very candid and friendly. It seemed that her business grew and she became a little harder to get in with, but that was okay... she has a wonderful Nurse Practitioner that works with her named Colleen Loughran. I've seen Colleen through a horrific sinus infection, viral pneumonia and also Covid-19. Her bedside manner was reassuring and patient, I really appreciated it. Both of these ladies are a good find. If you've gotta go see a medical professional, this is a great place to go! It used to be that the staff was un-called-for snotty and I would dread calling, but over the last year or so I feel like they have gotten much better and actually seem very friendly and helpful. I sure hope so. I mean, if you are in need of medical attention, the last thing you want is for someone to treat you like a 2nd class citizen and be uncaring. Let's hope that the staff has upgraded. This year, I changed my PCP from Jennifer Lu, MD to Angelina Sidharta MD. Since then, this becomes miserable experience with St.Jude. The 1st time, there's an opening and I scheduled appointments since my leg was in pain. That was happened on Friday and Monday I took day off since it was still in pain and Tuesday for doctor appointment. In the morning of the appointment, they called me if they need to cancel my appointment and reschedule. The been calling me since then to reschedule. How convenient for them! Today, they called me again. My husband and I have doctor appointments tomorrow and only within 24hrs they called and mentioned for my husband insurance if not assigned to Dr. Sidharta and need to reached if I don't have registrations changed notification from his insurance. I'm at work and this makes me crazy since I'm not able to work because of this whole situation. Only notified patient within 24hrs. How very convenient for them. The assistant name is Josiah, the one kept calling me. St. jude, I know you can do better.

I especially want to recognize Dr. Andrew. I've been seeing him for a couple of years now, and he has never once disappointed me. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and has a way of making you feel comfortable and genuinely heard. That kind of care is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs quality medical attention. I actually drive from Mid-City Los Angeles just to come here, and I think that says everything. I'm exhausted and tired of my medical stuff always being so complicated I really needed to be seen, so I feel so sad and defeated about this entire situation and not being informed that my primary dr changed medical groups and now I need to change primary drs in order to keep all of my specialists I already have or I would have to completely start over with everything. Also now I have to explain my entire story to this new primary dr that I didn't even know I had until this office told me. So yes I'm upset and disheartened, and I know I will have to change everything again soon so it's just so hard and it's scary with my situation!!
