I was…read morehaving an anxiety attack while speaking to him, trying to explain I haven't been able to access my anxiety meds since moving to the area because I haven't been able to find a psychiatrist. The message when you call says appointments are 3-4 weeks out, so I was trying to ask if I could get a very short appointment if needed just so I could get an appointment as soon as possible, so I can get on medication before I have a breakdown. I apparently made a mistake in mentioning I was in need of medication (that's what psychiatrists do?) because he literally said "Yeeeeah, I can't help you. Sorry. Good luck." and hung up on me. Why do so many mental health professionals lack empathy? How can he call himself a doctor if he can't even tell when someone is having a crisis, particularly when they *verbalize it* to you? I know some prescription drugs get abused, but maybe use your professional skills to know the difference between drug seeking behavior and mental health medication seeking behavior.

He works with me, listens to my concerns, and I feel like we're a team. As for the office team, they've always been super helpful and friendly! Especially Jacob O.. He always goes above and beyond to assist me and his professionalism is top-notch. He has helped me with everything from setting up last-minute appointments, paperwork updates, credit card authorizations, etc. He's incredibly patient with me (I'm a bit of a scatterbrain, hence the medication management!), and he just has a lighthearted sense of humor that makes you feel perfectly comfortable. I love my little Progeny team and, as a therapist myself, recommend them to my own clients. Thank you for everything you do there; especially to Reggie and Jacob!

Me having to wait 2 months after I issued a complaint and asked to be switched psychiatrist is unacceptable. I still haven't heard back from office manager(grievance) for my complaint. I the patient should have a say of who I wanted to be treated by and if situation arises. I the patient should have my needs met and not be treated as an enemy . If I don't advocate for myself then who will. I'm still giving this facility a low rating because I only was able to switch psychiatrist because I wrote a review through yelp. Yes I love my new psychiatrist Jenna Vo but the faculty n facility in Anaheim hills need to work better for their patients and not for themselves. There is a reason to why they already have a low rating from many patients. I just hope that they do make a change to their practices n procedures.

He diagnosed my daughter at age 2 and a few years later she started taking one dangerous drug after another under his care. There was never any behavior modification or other actual therapy. It is difficult to find a great therapist, and even more difficult to find one who accepts insurance. I feel very fortunate. Absolutely recommend.
