Still a lot of seating available we tried our breakfast tacos, which were really good and had their coffee and the coffee I got was the white chocolate tiramisu and it was delicious their cups are huge, which I love as a coffee drinker. The intercom is shoddy, she could not hear me, I repeated my order twice at her request each time speaking a little louder and she says, "I don't need to yell at her." His response again, "She didn't mean it that way, she's one of my best employees and we are taking care of your coffee today." Anyway, the woman who took my order wasn't kind or helpful and when i asked for my drink iced (because the menu didn't specify if the drink was offered hot or iced) she said - kind of condescendingly - "it's already iced..." How would I know that if it's not listed on the menu? And why am I receiving snark for specifying how I'd like my order? Even though I was ordering in person, it felt like I was ordering at a drive thru - being rushed and questions discouraged by an apathetic employee who'd literally like to be anywhere else in the world at that moment. I knew I wouldn't stay at that point so I grabbed my matcha (which was just okay) and left.
