Helena provided the best customer service! She has beautiful products in her showroom but was never pushy or insisted that I buy only from her. She went with me to look at materials, she came to my home several times to check on the project and to help me select the best tiles and countertops, she fixed an issue with installation immediately, and was unbelievable with communication. The employees who installed everything were very professional and nice and when they left the kitchen was cleaned and finished. She also had enormous patience with me as I was paralyzed with indecision on my back splash tiles. She recognized that the kitchen is a big project and will not be remodeled for years to come so it is important to get all the details right. I will use her again for my next project, which is a master bath remodel. I rarely write reviews on Yelp, but feel so strongly about the Helena as a business owner that I have to let others know about her and that I highly recommend her and her company! She is an excellent business owner!!

They have a new showroom in North Pal Beach, but I opted for an in home consultation so they could see if the things I needed done we big enough for them. Surprise, surprise! They will do ANY job, and they do them well. So far I had a door replaced, some tile work done, windows installed, some new flooring installed. Before you know it I will end up with a complete renovation, but I just got the job done a little at a time. Like I said they have a new showroom where you can test all kinds of stuff and see everything they have to offer. You can find major cabinet brands like Neff, Grabill, Decor and Miralis. they have access to high end appliances and fixtures and they will sit down with you and help you plan everything from planning to budgeting to design and finally the build. I don't complain about much, but I only boast about Outstanding products and service. From now on when I want something in my houses done, I'm going to Kitchens by Lenore.

We had a small chip (our fault) and we were so worried! Jenny came out right away and remedied the issue. You can't see it anymore! Most recently, I called her to ask about the caulking around the drop in sink. I felt like mildew kept showing up because it was hard to keep that small corner dry. Jenny came over with another colleague and they redid the caulking around the sink. It is perfect now, it even reduced the space that held moisture and had mildew. It is so much easier to wipe clean and it stays clean looking! Jenny is very caring and stands by her company's work. Excellent quality and workmanship!

We were designing a new cabana that included an elaborate outdoor kitchen, and our general…read morecontractor recommended we work with Schrapper's Fine Cabinetry to design and install the kitchen. Our experience working with them was excellent in terms of the caliber of cabinetry and countertops offered, creativity of design, and follow-up after installation. The store offered a high-quality selection of both cabinetry and countertops suitable for the outdoors. We had a certain tone of cabinetry in mind which was not immediately available; however, Schrapper's researched other options and found exactly what we wanted. The design of the kitchen was important to us, and our kitchen designer carefully incorporated our input and integrated his creativity to optimize the design. Review of the cabana design by the County required us to modify the layout of the cabana, and our designer immediately redesigned portions of the kitchen to comply with the County's requirements. Schrapper's also worked seamlessly with our appliance vendor to ensure appliances were properly incorporated into the design and installed alongside the cabinetry. Above all, Schrapper's worked diligently to ensure the kitchen was completed within the very tight timeframe imposed by our homeowners' association. In short, Schrapper's did an excellent job of creating an outdoor kitchen that we're proud of. From initial kitchen design to selection of materials and installation, we were happy with the service we received.

After graduating with a…read morebachelor's of science in architecture, I found myself wanting to take my expertise a step farther and dabble into the world of design, leading me into an internship for Francesca. So when it came time to build my new home, there was no question... I knew I wouldn't do it without her and her team. The process from the ground up took a little over a year, and Francesca was incredibly easy to work with throughout--always responsive, professional, and thoughtful. Her eye for detail and close working relationship with my contractor made this new build efficient. My goal with this home was peace, happiness, and comfort. After losing my husband and leaving behind a large home on two and a half acres, I needed a space that felt like a fresh start without all the overwhelming decisions that a new build brings. Francesca delivered exactly that and more. One of my favorite parts of the home is the family photo wall; everyone who visits is drawn to it. It brings such a sense of warmth and story to the space. But what really stands out to me is how Francesca pushed me beyond what I thought I wanted. I never would have chosen a gold island on my own--it was completely out of my comfort zone. But she encouraged me to trust the vision, and respect the spaces needs, and that leap made all the difference. Now, that bold choice is one of my favorite features of the kitchen! Francesca's work is more than just design, it challenges you to grow in the best of ways, and that's exactly why I'd recommend her to anyone. They built me more than just a home, they created a space that feels like a true reflection of my current lifestyle, who I am now, and it's exactly what I needed. I'm glad that I trusted FMI Designs with my vision." -- Kim Zastenik, PGA Village

We found YC Style + Design on the internet. Initially, we were very hesitant to work with someone on a "long distance" project. We wanted a designer who would spend the time to get to know us - who we are, what we like, our family's needs and our lifestyle - not just apply a tried-and-true formula. Yau did just that, asking thoughtful questions about what we liked and didn't like, and what works and what doesn't in our home. She took the time to understand our style preferences to identify the full potential of our home. We liked how she listened and observed, picking up on so many details, like frequency of use and light changes throughout the day, that we had not even considered. She even brought up anticipated changes based on how the use of the space would change as our children grew older. After our discussions, we were very comfortable moving forward and working with her remotely. We couldn't be happier with the job that she and her team did. Yau's creativity was only matched by her enthusiasm. She brought us a manageable set of fresh ideas and really worked with us as a team to help us realize our vision. Not only was Yau 100% trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable, she brought a network of talented tradespeople to the project and oversaw everything. She responded to messages in a timely manner and was with us throughout the entire process. We are so fortunate that we found YC Style + Design and couldn't be happier with the results!
