While I did not purchase my wedding dress from Elyse's, I have to say that her customer service was hands down the best out of every place I went to. The staff was extremely helpful, accommodating, and NOT pushy whatsoever. Instead of trying to make a sale, she wanted you to actually feel comfortable and secure in your decision. After my mom and I left, I knew I needed to write a review on the customer service alone. She shop itself is small and stuffed with merchandise. Don't judge a book by the cover though because the staff is truly exceptional.

I went to Encore looking for my wedding dress, and I was amazed at the selection and prices of…read moredresses they carried! Granted, my experience prior to Encore was thrift shops and antique clothing stores with a small selection of dresses, so if you're coming from David's Bridal it might seem more limited. However, it is SO worth stopping by Encore if you're dress shopping, because their prices are amazing for dresses in new condition. I ended up falling in love with the first dress I tried on, but it was much too long and strapless and I was afraid the alterations to shorten it and add sleeves would push us beyond our budget, so I wasn't sure what to think. However, the sweet saleswoman who was assisting us let us know that the seamstress Encore recommends just happened to be in the store for another Bridal fitting, and so she came and checked out the dress on me as soon as she was done with her appointment. She immediately pulled out some cap sleeves to give me an idea of what it would look like, and pinned my dress up the way it would look if it was the right length, as well as all bustled up. (It has a big train!) She was so personable and knowledgeable, my mother and I instantly trusted her...yet we were still holding our breath about the price, since some of the alterations were a little tricky with the complexity of the dress. She gave us her quote and I just about fell over...because of how incredibly reasonable it was! My mother and I instantly said yes to her doing the alterations, and we bought the dress! We also shopped around for a mother of a bride dress and a shower dress for me, and all the prices were great. What I especially appreciate about Encore is how organized everything is, as well as the quality of the items. They only take the good stuff! Seriously, whether you're looking for that special dress or some everyday clothes, you gotta come check this place out.

I am one of four sisters. We have been to every wedding dress shop in Strak County and the…read moresourrounding areas in search for "The Perfect Wedding Dress" over the past few years. Linde's is the nicest and most helpful staff, bottom line. Linde's makes finding the dress you have always dreamed of a fun and enjoyable experience without pressuring or rushing you to make a decision and get out of their shop so they can squeeze in another bride. They have alot of dresses and may be helping more than one group at a time, but some how you still leave there feeling like you were the most pampered bride in the building. They do not work on commision so they are not high pressure. The want you to take your time, enjoy the moment, and have fun looking for your dress. They made looking for " The Perfect Wedding Dress" a fun experince, the way it should be. One great features Linde's offers is that they let you look through the dresses to pick the ones you want to try on. Henri's Cloud Nine in Minerva makes you sit there and they bring you dresses they think you will like. Which only works if you know what you are looking for. Another great feature Linde's offers is a staff that is very knowledegable. After giving my youngest sister a chance to try and figure out a dress style on our own, Rosa was able to picked out the perfect dress for her b/c she "Listened" to what the bride said she liked and did not like. They have every style and all the major brands. They will even store the dress for you for free if it comes in before your wedding, Abbots and other bridal stores charge you for this service. My sisters and I really can't say enough positive things about them. Linde's could give Abbot's Bridal, Henri's Cloud Nine, David's Bridal and all the other Bridal Stores a lesson in how to treat a bride and her brides maides. When you are buying the most important dress of your life and spending what is probably the most you've ever spent on a dress you don't want to be harrassed or feel pressure from the sales person. Linde's was just all around a great experience for my two sisters who did purchase thier wedding dresses from them. Our only regret is that we didn't find them in time for the first two sisters to purchase thier dresses from Linde's.
