I followed the manufacturer's warranty claim instructions and took the copy of the manufacturers warranty instructions email to my local dealer (AcewholeHiltonhead) and "manager" "Tyler" agreed to process by warranty, he indicated that he would process my warranty claim at the same time, he would place his store's monthly store's smoker order. I agreed to the one month lead time for my warranty claim. After 6 weeks I went by the (Acewholehiltonhead) store and had a face to face with "manager" "Tyler". I was never contacted me over the six week period and (Acewholeheadhilton) "manager " "Tyler" had the gall to make up an story, about due to the store's expansion, the warranty claim wasn't processed. Merry Christmas Tyler, every chance, I will be happily repeat my story about YOUR lack of ethics and YOUR store's lousy service.

When it was not delivered on Monday, I called this Ace Hardware store and was told it would instead be delivered Thursday. Again, I never received on phone call. Today, I just spoke with the manager, Jordan Garmon, who told me that they could not find my order at all even after I emailed him the order with the confirmation number. He then told me "it was not his fault" because he could not find the order and blamed me. Furthermore, when I asked him if they had any other grills in stock, he told me I could come by the store to see. I told him I am in Atlanta and cannot come by the store and he told me "that is not my problem." When I asked him how was this not his problem he told me, "I am not going to listen to this negativity and hung up on me." Somehow even though I paid for this order and sent the confirmation, somehow it's my fault Jordan at this store could not find it. This is the first Yelp review I have written. Hi Everyone, What do…read moreyou do when Home Depot in Bluffton, SC shows a quantity of 12 -3 pack toilet flappers in stock, so you order it online, pay for it online, and after you sent your wife to pick them up, and when she gets to the store, she's told they do not have them in stock? We had an outstanding experience and great customer service from Mike DeVito (no, not Danny's brother), who worked out a solution while my wife was standing at the service counter. Mike is a "get 'er done", type of guy, like I was in my business for my customers for over forty years, which I really appreciate. Customer service seems be harder and harder to come by these days but not apparently at Home Depot, as it is alive, and well! We both want to thank you Mike, because you did a great job, and are an outstanding example of why we have purchased almost all our major appliances (in six homes which we have owned), stone birch kitchen cabinets, along with hundreds fastener, screws, etc..., tons of tools, and a riding mower, to name a few, all from Home Depot. I know that a toilet flapper does not seem like an emergency, but when you've downsized from a home with four toilets to a house with two that three people have to use, it becomes extremely important because as you know, when you gotta go, you gotta go. I mean, it's not musical chairs, lol. Again, thanks Mike for doing a wonderful job of customer service and helping us. And thank you Home Depot for being smart enough to hire Mike. It looked like something I would check out. One can take a look no harm. I am sure in the summer season probably crowed. We enjoyed walking and browsing the shop. Did not buy anything. Piggley Wiggley grocery store is in the general vicinity. We did our shopping there. Store is clean and orderly. Good selection of food. I thought pricing was similiar to Publics. But for people in the close proximity it works well for walking to.

We have been dealing with Grayco on the construction of our new home. They seem to have the knack…read moreof messing up ever item that we have ordered from them. They ordered the wrong sliding glass door and now they are trying to blame everyone else, but themselves who are clearly responsible. The transomes don't line up with the doors in 2 places. They say they'll fix it. Well it's been 2 1/2 months and they haven't. They ordered the wrong door for the garage. Again they say they'll deal with it, but it's been a month and a half. However, the worse problem we've had is that they gave us bids for the job and EVERY item has cost more. They say they will look into the price variations, but I will probably have to sue them. They think that because they don't have a lot of competition they can get away with bait and switch along with poor service

We recently completed a major renovation on our home due to Hurricane Matthew. We made the…read moreunfortunate decision to use Grayco for our Anderson sliding glass doors. One of the door panels was damaged on arrival -- it was clearly from a different lot and no quality control had been performed by Grayco before delivery to our home. In fact, we did not discover the defect until the old doors were removed and we were forced to install the damaged door. Anderson replaced the door several months later due to Grayco's lack of follow through. We also had to order an additional screen door that we had forgotten to order. It took months for this simple screen door to arrive. It was installed while we were away for a couple of hours, and when we returned and attempted to open the screen door, it would not move. It is completely inoperable and no one at Grayco is able to assist. Their customer service is beyond bad -- it appears that they just don't care. Please consider that we paid for our merchandise in full without delay and, as you can imagine, this was not an insignificant amount of money. With all of the stress and hassle associated with a hurricane renovation, it is almost inconceivable that Grayco would provide such poor customer service and general disrespect.

There are limited places on the internet to review this company. A warning to all DO NOT WORK HERE…read more Under SC laws businesses are not required to give lunch breaks. While I understand this is a law, it is also inhumane to make someone work for 8+ hours without a lunch break. In fact, you can be fired from this business for doing so. I understand that most business have a policy against electronic devices, but they are a "family owned" business who turned a blind eye to an employee needing to check his phone whilst a member of his family was in the hospital. There seems to be a complete lack of disregard towards employees, and little to no respect. Employees are seen as machines, and not people. The business owners lack empathy and understanding. There are no warnings, or coaching either. You will be made to work a shift until they no longer need you, then they proceed to terminate you. Now ask yourself, do you want to be part of that "family"? I will be boycotting their services and ask others to do the same in the face of oppression and capitalism. On the outside the business presents great service and quality, but on the inside they're more akin to a slave shop.
