Expert Septic Sewer Drain Service - Distribution box discovery and maintenance

Expert Septic Sewer Drain Service

One of us stayed home to wait for the septic service that was recommended to him by a friend. They called and said that they couldn't come for three more days! We did a search and he picked Expert Septic Sewer Drain Service to come out. They were there within three hours, and the issue was fixed within an hour and a half of their arrival. What a relief! My brother-in-law was so relieved....four guests, and no bathroom facilities! We obviously couldn't wait three more days. The young man who came was quick and efficient. He got the job done....and showed up a half an hour before we were told someone would come. The price was reasonable and we couldn't have asked for anyone better! Thank you for the great service!

When I finally got a word in, it was followed by more BS. Gave me an estimate and time to return the following day and since we where in a pinch we accepted. Next day and a no show. We called main office and got even more BS, followed by a $ 700.00 dollar increase to the estimate. We ended up going with Roberts liquid disposal who was quick, honest and fair priced. Stay away from Golden Penny sanitation!

ALL in Sanitation Services & Septic Tank Pumping - Locations we have been to, to provide pumping services

I was so happy that I didn't have to move the trailer. Their service was super fast and clean. You should know before calling if your black tank is metal or plastic. For plastic tanks, they empty into a bucket so that the suction from the vacuum doesn't damage the tank. I did not know this and was surprised when the technician did it. I'm glad they took the precautions but wasn't aware they would do that ahead of time. So don't be shocked like I was. If you want it done fast, clean, and right, call All In!

We called to get scheduled for pump service and were told they couldn't service us for 5 days!! This was frustrating because our tanks were too full to use. On the scheduled service day, we called the office at 8:30 AM, as instructed, to get a window for when they would show up. The guy on the phone said the driver wasn't answering his phone, but he would call back after speaking to him. In the meantime we were stuck in the RV for the day. When we hadn't received a callback by 2PM, my hubby called only to be told the driver didn't show up that day. Would have been nice if they had called so we wouldn't have wasted an entire day waiting for him. On top of that, the shitter was full and it was getting unpleasant! They said they would come the next day and we told them to be there by noon because we had to pick up our grandsons up from school. The next day we called again in the morning and again, the guy couldn't get in touch with his driver and had to call back. When he finally did call back he said the truck would come between 2 to 3PM. What part of "he needs to come before noon" did they not understand?! We had to make other arrangements for the grandsons and then they called back at 2 and said the truck was running late and would be there between 3:30 and 4PM. The finally arrived a little late and pumped out the tanks. $75 is about 50% higher than we usually pay for pump service, but they are the only game in LA that services Glendale, so what are we gonna do? I'm sure we will use them again, but we will schedule sooner and keep calling them until the truck shows up. I'm taking away 2 stars for the no-show and 1 star for the terrible communication and the high price.

Living Waters Plumbing - Replacing a sump pump for a back house in Redondo Beach

Living Waters Plumbing

We first found Steve from Living Waters Plumbing about five years ago through a local moms Facebook…read moregroup. I had asked for genuine recommendations because I wanted someone who was not only good at what they did, but also honest and fair. I'm so glad his name was recommended to us. We initially hired Steve to help with our HOA sump pump and some personal plumbing work. Since then, he and his team have worked on both of our properties multiple times. Most recently, we purchased a home that had been flipped and unfortunately had a number of plumbing deficiencies. An improperly soldered pipe eventually caused a major flood, and with insurance and contractors involved, we ended up dealing with several other plumbers. We were quoted for water lines we already had, unnecessary work, and in some cases prices that were nearly double once insurance was involved. That experience really reminded us why we have continued to use Steve. He carefully evaluated what actually needed to be done, gave us different options based on our budget, and provided a fair quote. Once the work began and he discovered that some of the existing pipes were in good condition, he adjusted the scope instead of replacing them unnecessarily. That says a lot about the way he does business. Steve and Eric from his team have always been punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We're very happy with all the work Living Waters has done for us and would gladly recommend them.

She gave me a…read morequote the first time, I told her each time about this being our first time pumping this new tank, I told her about access to the opening, and she calls me the night BEFORE to tell me that there's gonna be an up charge because it's been over 5 years since this was pumped (it's been 4.5 since install, it's brand new). I told her she never mentioned any up-charge. She also told me that she doesn't recall giving me that quote and that she always writes everything down but that she doesn't have ANY RECORD of these conversations. She then tells me she needs pictures of the opening, with exact measurement in Feet from road to access. Again, all this the night before, so she can give me an exact price. I tell her that this is not ok, and she tells me for the 5th time, that she's been on "off" and that she doesn't recall giving me that quote. I spoke to her WHILE she was on vacation. She also keeps telling me that this tank was pumped in 2014. At this point I've corrected this about 3 times and tell her that that was with the previous owner and it's a brand new tank. So disorganized, and obviously need a better tracking system or someone with better recall. And above all some accountability!
