As someone who was new to firearms, I really appreciated how Edwin took the time to explain firearm safety, walk me through the hands-on portion, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. The range portion was my first time ever at a range, and Edwin made it a very positive and educational experience. I've been in the security industry for over 13 years, and obtaining my exposed license was an important next step in my career. Edwin provided the knowledge and confidence I needed to take that step responsibly. I highly recommend Meridian Security Group to anyone looking to obtain a security license. They are professional, thorough, patient, and truly invested in helping their students succeed. I'll definitely be returning for future qualifications and licenses!

Great customer service, honest and open about the price up front. I will only be going to them from here on out. Best Buy got their last dime from me.

Prior to the event, the Ops leader did a walkthrough with our team and introduces us to the detail for the night. We hired 7 guards and received exceptional value and quality for the price point. There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.
