When I told her that, she took the time to put the gift in a cute little bag and tie a bow around it. It's hard to find customer service like that.

He pointed to the area where the sketch books would be. I do not like people to point around a store when you are needing to find something. They had it in stock, but I could not find it on my own and need more assistance. I had to beg for him to just walk over there and show me where they are. He then tries to make me feel stupid for even asking him for help. He said "See, you just have to look for it", when he handed the book to me. Pointing around and store that the employee is familiar with and expecting the customer to know where to go is unacceptable. He was very sarcastic and saying , " Have a nice day"!
