The customer service is really good. They have a couple tables to sit outside. They do have a lower sugar option . I always look for that. If you have an allergy I would maybe pick another shop. I have noticed cross contamination with nut products. read more

Wanted some ice cream and this was the only place in town open late. I've never really been a fan of Cold Stone and don't really get the concept. I especially don't get the point of being able to customize your ice cream when you have to pay extra for itI was charged .79 for adding in toppings!! I'm even more turned off by Cold Stone now that I know I have to pay for toppings....I got a 10% off yelp check in so that justified going but I honestly wouldn't go back even if I got the 10% off again because it just seems ridiculous to charge that much for add ins when the ice cream is already pretty pricey. Though I love Cold Stone, this location leaves much to be desired. Staff is nice enough but seemed bothered and preoccupied. One employee made mine which has a few items to mix in, and she didn't bother to mix them in. The "mix-ins" were in a clump. I had to mix it all in myself. Another employee had my order rung up before I had my order. That's fine, but I told him I was checking my email for a coupon to use. He then checks his watch. I asked, while still looking at my phone, if he was in a hurry and what time they closed. He claimed that he wasn't, and closed at 10. It wasn't even 9. Others at that location haven't mixed in well, but tonight was bad. Soma gave me really small portions, which I have them rectify immediately. For the price, I want my cup full. This location needs training about proper quantity and about presentation. Customer service is harder to teach. Unwelcome, rushed, ripped off. Absolutely beyond dissatisfied. I went in yesterday and ordered a cake for my daughters graduation. They took my order and I paid for it with a pick up time of 1pm today. When we arrived they didn't even have the cake made and we showed up at 3pm. The staff had no idea what to do or how to handle it. $100 later because we had to buy two new cakes since ours weren't ready. Then the kid didn't know how to refund us for our order that wasn't made by them. So now we have to go back when manager is there to get refund. Horrible experience!!! I'm always happy with the ice cream here. It's the price that detours me away. Although it tastes great, I don't think the amount of markup they add for simply scooping your requested flavor and rolling your add ins into it is reasonable. There's just no reason an ice cream should cost $5. With so many other choices locally I would hope they would at least try to stay competitive. I guess they don't see it that way. Anyways, if you decide to try them here don't expect to be disappointed because you won't. The taste is great. Just take a bit of a deep breath and prepare yourself to hear the total. I had a vanilla ice cream and the flavor was exceptional! It wasn't too sugary and the vanilla tasted so perfect! I would also like to thank the employees working for their patience and kindness. I took my daughter in this morning for boba milk tea since there was a big sign on the door advertising the new product. The girl behind the counter told us that the boba Pearl were not ready yet and that it would be an hour and half before they were ready! Really?!?! We routinely make our own boba at home and the tapioca pearls are like pasta. They literally take 10 minutes to boil up. And the pearl keep nicely overnight in the refrigerator, so this could have been avoided had they been prepared ahead of time. Fail for sure. read more

So I love cold stone always have. I'm only writing a negative review because of the customer service. I called to place a order. We always do it I wanted the 14$ big family size, said I would be by in maybe 30 minutes. This has never been a problem before. I asked if I could place an order to be picked up he said "ok". I was told very rudely after making the order that he might be able to do it but he has customers. I do understand being busy, I've been working in the service industry for 15+ years. If you are too swamped to do an order tell someone when you answer the phone. Don't take my order then get an attitude and tell me you can't do it. Some training needs to be done. read more
