With tax and tip I paid $33. I ordered it about 2 days in advance. It was ready at the promised time. It serves about 8. Personally, I liked it a lot and it was kid approved! The crust ended up being graham cracker instead of Oreo, but that was probably for the best given how much other chocolate there was in the pie. The graham cracker crust gave it a better balance. It is a little pricey for 8 servings but I think it was worth it! The store entrance is adjacent to Regal Cinemas and parking was easy. My family and I visited this location on a Tuesday evening and were disappointed by the experience. We entered the store intending to order a single chocolate shake. A gentleman wearing a black polo shirt looked at his watch and informed us that the store was closing in two minutes. Shortly afterward, another employee, who identified himself as Joel, approached us wearing a soccer jersey and an AirPod in one ear. He repeated that they were closing in two minutes and stated that they needed to clean everything. When I asked for both employees' names, Joel provided his name but would not allow the other employee to speak and told me that I did not need his name. This interaction was not a good representation of Cold Stone's customer service. As a result, I left and drove to a nearby Baskin-Robbins, where I was able to order a shake without any issues. We have been to other Cold Stones and have never encountered one this DIRTY. They have 2 small tables and only 2 chairs. All were filthy. I asked if I could get them cleaned and they offered me dry napkins. Huge hole in the wall, bathroom with hand written closed sign on it . Ice cream was super soft and the waffle cone I paid extra for was old and stale. I don't believe the ice cream that was served was the normal size and the add in's were skimpy. It was very warm inside, I noticed that the thermostat was set at 82 which explains the soft ice cream. But they keep enough flavors in inventory for a creative mind, like myself, to concoct new varieties of scrumptious delights. Learn to experiment with your flavors; not only with the toppings, but the cones and the icecream combos itself. Mixing up different variety of flavors, helps to diversify the tastes and will keep you on your toes. I think the only downside to this shop is that because of it's compact size, when there's a large crowd incoming, waiting in line can get cramped-up. No bueno!
