We left instead. I was so disappointed in her customer service that I'm giving her two stars. Her selection of product is great. Once you get beyond the looks the cake was decidedly average. The cake itself was fine. It was neither poor nor distinguished. Just an average cake, probably about like you'd get at a super market. It's clear they're not using some world-class chocolate here or fantastic ingredients. So if "fine" works for you, I think you'll be pleased.
