Having never experienced a body wrap before, I didn't entirely know what to expect but Apryl and her team explained everything to me, walking me through the entire process. I went into my wrap with realistic expectations of what it could and couldn't do for my appearance and my body. Not only did I lose 26 inches from my body with my first wrap, but I slept wonderfully that night and my skin felt so soft from the minerals in the wrap. Did I lose weight? No. Did I appear visibly slimmer, tighter and firmer? Yes. But I'll be honest, it's more than just the wraps and the inches lost - it is really about the total experience. When I am at Head to Toe for a treatment (yes! I have had several now), I feel like I am spending time with an old friend. For that hour, the rest of the world, and the weight of it, don't exist and I can relax and breathe. Besides the cardio and weight areas there is a circuit room by the locker rooms, and hydro massage chairs. I'm fussy when it comes to my preferred elliptical equipment and BFit has some older Precor machines which is exactly what I like. I've tried some newer equipment elsewhere and found that they were harder for me to use. Call me old school but I'll support any gym with a Precor elliptical. Also, I went at mid-day and it wasn't crowded at all which is big plus for me as well.

I was able to get 3 sessions in with her prior to follow up/scheduling procedure and in those 120 minutes of targeted work, she was able to increase my mobility enough that I was able to avoid sedation and address the injury I had been fighting for a year with PT. Very clear they no longer care about quality of their business, only the money. They promise a in house massage, chef, and a whole bunch of others on their storefront sign, they do not have those in the gym. False promotion, horrible policies to keep you stuck and paying, horrible management and horrible environment.
