Best massage I have ever had. The employees were very nice. The therapist was probably the nicest massage therapist I have ever encountered. She was just very sweet. The price was reasonable at 65 dollars for an hour. You get more than your monies worth. I carry a lot of stress in my body and I felt like I had melted afterwards. read more

The massage over all wasn't bad it started off with a female, who I now know was the manager ... then the door opened which startled me and someone else came in and took over the massage, I know they changed because of the difference in pressure and shoes of the person in the room they went from female to male.. and then it happened again and another person.. male.. came in so it was a total of three people . First let me say they have a beautiful and clean environment and we have been there a couple times before. My husband scheduled us for a 90 min couples massage at 5. At about 10 after the lady says the other massage therapist is running late on her way. That she will give us a few 15 min foot massage while we wait. I thought oh that's nice. We go back to the foot chairs about 515-520 the ladies keep getting up and down we only got one foot done. So that stunk. We go to our room at 538 haven't undressed yet. My husbands lady rushed like she was late for something. May have been the same lady that was late for our appt. she had him flip from his stomach to his back 4 times yes 4 times I counted. When massage ended we both get up look at each other and say that was horrible. Look at my phone to get dressed and it is 647. Go to the front and yes they charge us for a 90 min massage I try to tell her and she just pulls out the price list and says see you get 90 min, I said I understand that but.....then she said yeah you start 515 with foot massage I said no you offered that to us because we had to wait. That's not what we booked. They just Google and look at each other. Tried to tell her again she said yeah 515 now 90 min. We said whatever and paid for it. So disappointed. read more

It's not so much of a spa experience but more of a nail salon atmosphere. That's not a bad thing, though! So many spas in the area are so fancy that I feel as if I have to get dressed up just to walk in the door. I booked my 60 minute deep tissue massage on the Mulan Massage website a day before the appointment, but when I arrived the receptionist did not seem to realize that I had an appointment. After going to the back of the spa, she returned with the masseuse, Jen. Jen was very friendly and offered me a very small paper cup of hot green tea. She then escorted me through a closed door to the massage area. The massage table rooms are divided by 3/4 tall walls with curtains into the massage table rooms. There were hooks for my clothes and a basket for my purse. It was an inviting atmosphere. Jen asked me what type of massage I wanted, deep tissue or relaxing. That question further made me think they were not expecting me. I told her I wanted deep tissue. She left the room so that I could disrobe. The table was very hard and the padding slid around as I got onto the table. The blanket was a beach towel which was much too narrow to keep me warm. Jen returned and asked what type of pressure I wanted, light, medium or hard. I opted for hard. She did an excellent job. I especially liked the hot stone and aromatherapy oil since I was chilly from the too small "blanket". The music is very relaxing, but it is the same instrumental over and over. It got very tiresome during my 60 minute massage. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The two complaints I have that could cause me to not return are the very hard tables and too small blankets. I will return again but will book the chair massage. I really hope they remedy the beach towel issue. If they did, I would give the rating a 4-star. Fix the beach towel and hard table issue, and I'd give a 5-star rating. 4 hours after my appointment, I received a phone call from a gentleman at the spa telling me that there was still time for me to come in for a massage or I could come in tomorrow. They really need to get their online reservation system fixed. read more
