I signed up for a course of treatments, at which point she was oh so happy to take my money. The iLipo was advertised as hour long sessions, after which you could use the salon's 'gym equipment' to enhance the treatment. In reality, the cross trainer was broken for my 1st 3 sessions and so I couldn't use it. In a later session someone who had just finished her treatment was on the cross trainer when I walked in, and the therapist asked me to get undressed and lie on the bed. I explained that I felt uncomfortable doing so in company and so the other lady was asked to leave until I was on the bed covered with a towel; awkward for both if us. At this point I emailed the salon asking if it was possible to get my money back if I cancelled my remaining sessions. I was sent a very brusque note saying 'no'. Rather than waste money I therefore resigned myself to finishing the course. The next day after work I drove to the salon (20 miles from where I work). Stuck in traffic I rang and gave my name to the salon manager who said not to worry, just get there ASAP. When I arrived (only 5 mins late) I gave my name to the same woman only to be told "but you cancelled your appointment. The staff have gone home." I was FUMING. She didn't even offer an apology unt I was walking out of the door, let alone offer to re-imburse my petrol or parking costs. Very reluctantly I re-booked the final 2 appointments. The final straw then came when I got stuck working late and called the salon to say I couldn't make my last appointment. It went to voicemail so I explained and asked them to contact me with a new time. I then received an email telling me that it was too late notice and they wouldn't re-book!! Despite the fact they had cancelled on me with NO notice previously. I am so angry and upset - what a waste of time and money. Please please please don't be fooled like I was - DO NOT USE THIS SALON.

I was impressed by her knowledge and expertise when she told me what her profession was. I've had problems in the past when getting my brows waxed. She knew exactly what she was talking about. I felt that she would be the best person to go to. I made the appointment the very next day to get my eyebrows threaded. When I went into the salon she made me feel wellcome and relaxed. She explained the threading procedure again and put me at ease. I was so impressed with the results I told everyone about her. My boss went down the next week and made an appointment. She also gave me tips on plucking my brows. I would never dream of going to anyone else now. Its safe to say that I will be a lifelong fan, and convert to the Upper Echelon school of brow threading.
