They were willing to take on my case despite it being complicated and requiring a lot of tweeking and even referrals to oral surgeons. Both Dr. Rubin and Dr. Parnes are fantastic/amicable and almost make appointments feel like you are touching base with a good friend. I also brought my daughter here and they are meticulous when it comes to her braces (and I have diagnosed OCD, so you know I'm picky!). She loves coming in because they've created a beautifully decorated surroundings (even bubble gum wall paper) with fun word finds, etc to amuse the children while they wait. I still recall they sent my little one home with a pint of Handel's icecream after having her expander placed! What a kind gesture! I have one more daughter who will require braces and I already know where I am going when the time comes.

It was quick and easy to make an appointment and was seen within a couple days of calling. Everyone in the office was so friendly and reassuring. I was facing braces at 25 years old and was not happy about it, but the lovely people at Phamily Orthodontics took their time to make sure I understood all the options and pros & cons for each. I decided to go with Invisalign and in 11 months, they corrected my overbite and straightened my teeth beautifully. Each appointment went smoothly, hardly any waiting time at all. Their offices are pristine and comfortable and the STAFF IS AWESOME! They really take the time to get to know their clients and every time I went in for a check up I was warmly welcomed and treated like family. Overall it was a great experience and I'm so glad I chose them to handle my orthodonture.

It was a nightmare. After making it to tray five of Invisalign, I noticed no changes to my teeth but I did notice my TOLERANCE TO PAIN increased !!!! Invisalign was not only painful but truly didn't work for me. It was a waste of time and money! I decided to get braces. Honestly, Wish I started with braces from the beginning ‍ I had two orthodontist play games with me, before I found Dr. Slutsky. My first consultation with Dr. Slutsky, I could tell he was the real deal! He didn't beat around the bush, giving false promises and hope of closing the spaces. He told me his game plan every appointment and I could slowly but surely see progress! Today, my braces are off and he literally closed the huge spaces, my smile is beautiful and I am grateful!

I called the office for guidance and was advised to come in. After driving over an hour to the appointment, I was surprised to learn there would be additional costs. I paid thousands of dollars for braces, two removable retainers, and a permanent retainer. Initially, my daughter was told the problem was an easy fix and that additional dental glue could be applied. However, once it was mentioned that the warranty had expired, the recommendation suddenly changed to replacing the product entirely. When I expressed my concerns to the dentist, he was rude and unprofessional. I truly regret spending my money there, and they will not receive another cent from me. I feel the office was dishonest and provided extremely poor customer service.

Dr Tuncay and his staff are absolutely meticulous, and because he is also a dental school professor, he is great at educating his patients about every phase of their treatment. He is brilliant, delightful to be around, and he really makes sure you are taken care of. Although I chose to have metal braces, Dr Tuncay wrote the book on Invisalign. Literally - I saw the book, which was translated into Mandarin! His office is absolutely gorgeous and his staff is a pleasure to be with.

I had hesitated for years to get braces as an adult. But after I talked to Dr. Tuncay and saw the patients' before and after pictures, I immediately made up my mind and got my braces exactly the same day! It is definitely the best decision I've ever made. Now my teeth are straight and I am so satisfied to see the change in my profile. All my friends say that I look so much better and more confident. Three of my friends even went to get braces after they saw the improvement! Dr. Tuncay is very pleasant to talk to and all the staff are very professional. Besides of the pleasant environment, Dr. Tuncay himself is an experienced expert and he offers all different options. Propel and suresmile worked really well on me. Even though the price here is a little bit higher than other orthodontists, I still highly recommend Dr. Tuncay. If you ever come for a visit, you will immediately see the difference!

If you are thinking of getting adult braces read this…read more I could give Dr. Thomas and his team 10 stars I would! There's a reason this office has such great reviews. Since I was home all the time and wearing masks outside all the time, Covid inspired me to do something I always wanted to do. I got adult braces and now am finally fixing my bottom crooked teeth! Going to Dr. Thomas was a no brainer based on reviews alone. But a friend also recommended this office as she used them for her adult braces too. The service and staff is top notch and you can trust yourself or your child will be in the best hands. Another interesting thing about Covid is that it also had me re-think my lifestyle and I decided to relocate to Arizona just 5 months into my treatment. I didn't think saying goodbye would be so hard. When you find a great service provider you want to stick with them! I wish I could afford to fly back for adjustment but alas, I had to find another orthodontist to continue treatment. And I have to say I was also so appreciative for Dr. Thomas's help with the transition as well. He went above and beyond to ensure I would be able to stay on track and have the beautiful smile I had always wanted by the fall. I can not recommend him and his team more highly! Do yourself a favor and go with them!

We never saw the same orthodontist or tech more than once. I don't know if they use random per diem orthodontists or moonlighting residents but the orthodontists don't seem to have much of a role. They come for 3 minutes and the tech does everything. 2. They are not careful or maybe it's a lack of skills. Something as basic as scraping off excess glue/cement so it doesn't puncture/irritate the gums when putting on orthodontic device. 3. There is no one on call for after hours at this practice. No one answers the on call service. They just don't pick up. You're out of luck if anything goes wrong after hours. 4. Difficult scheduling appointments. You must make your appointment weeks in advance. If you need to reschedule for an unexpected reason, there are no available appointments. They are also always running late. You wait in the waiting room, then wait again in the chair. Clearly overbooked all the time.
