I used the 6 loads (big washer-$7.75 for normal dirt.). My bedding was a little dirty so I did the $8 load. I paid with my phone. Downloaded the app. Set the payment through the app and it was super easy! There were instructions on the side of the machine on how to use it. It was fast! 27minutes. I brought a book and read to kill some time, but they also have TVs throughout. They had stools and a bench. Very pleased with the experience and my bedding is now looking and smelling brand new!

She brought me back to the office to create a profile for me, she was very thorough with the process and made it easy , thank you Ms. Nayeli for the warm welcome It took roughly around 2.5 hours for me to get my pick up text , and i was then greeted by a Ms. Shiela or Sheena , my apologies it was a bit busy so i could not hear your name. The employee who helped me was so kind, attentive, and detailed -- she asked all of the right questions and handled my clothes with care. When I picked up my laundry, everything was perfectly folded, smelled super fresh, and was packaged so neatly, I even showed my friend (via FaceTime) because I was in absolute shock. You can tell they really take pride in what they do and care about their customers. If you're looking for a place that goes above and beyond with both quality and customer service, this is it. What's wrong with accepting regular quarters, our countries legal tender? Why do you have to turn it into something that is only accepted at your establishment? What's that all about? You can pay directly with your debit card or purchase a laundry card you can pre-load with money using your debit card (located on back wall). They have 1 restroom in the back. And there's a huge fan on the ceiling with the doors open which makes the temp inside comfortable. They have standard dryers which costs $0.25/4 min. They also have free WIFI & free powdered laundry soap. However, you can buy liquid laundry detergent, fabric softener & dryer sheets from the attendant on duty. The prices are clearly marked. The reason for the 4 stars is I wish they had commercial grade dryers which can dry comforters quickly (even if it costs a little more) & an app to load money & monitor the time of the wash & dry cycles for each machine you're using.
