There are 2-3 trails around the park but a bit rugged, so I recommend going when there's plenty of daylight. Parking spots are plenty and the park is pet-friendly. Middle of road was blocked by water, so only about 2 miles was walkable. But still, I enjoyed walking in the winter fresh air, and even saw a deer, they used to goofing around in group of 4 or 5. The people here are really nice and supportive. Plenty of cyclists but they are mindful of pedestrians. Just make sure to always look back before you pass another runner/walker, at a junction, or towards a bridge. The workers are courteous and friendly. Others seem to really like this place as well since I've been seeing the same people for years. It's probably a good place to make friends, if that's what you're looking for. The only reason I took a star off is because there appears to only be one place to get water- at Big Creek Park in Roswell. Before covid, you could also use the water fountains at Rock Mill Park, but they have since then been shut down. They should really restore water there- very helpful for runners/cyclists.

This park contains wonderful play equipment (swings, obstacle courses, etc...) for the children. On the other side is a very nice large gazebo area that has lots of table benches complete with three built in charcoal grills for groups, families, and individuals to have picnics or BBQs on/at. Also, there is a nice little wooden seating area just a little bit aways from the BBQ/picnic area. You can also walk a little further down from that area and go onto a little wooden secured platform the hangs just right over the Chattahoochee Lake to see the lake and all it's beauty. There is also a wonderful nature trail that you can walk on with or without a pooch companion to see the beautiful wooded area and all of the beautiful trees there. I absolutely love this park. I cannot comment on the bathroom that they have on and right next to their parking lot as I have never been inside of it. The parking lot is not large, but is pretty decent.
