Let me break down the Chicken Avocado sandwich: The focaccia bread was light airy and delicious. Every so often you get a little salty finish from the sea salt on top and it worked so well with the sandwich. All of the other components were incredible; chicken was moist and all of the ingredients tasted fresh. The smoked salmon chowder was also a good pairing with the sandwich. Next time I'm remotely near here, I'll be back.

They have some pantry stuff along with their baked goods, breakfast fare, sandwiches and burgers. You order at the counter and they call your name when ready. Food is served on paddles! The turkey cranberry was perfect and the star was the focaccia bread, outstanding. Service was pleasant.

I ordered the avocado toast (with bacon, sourdough bread, and over hard eggs), and it was delicious. I had opted out for a lighter breakfast, and I'm glad I did; the dish was already sufficiently filling, and I feel energized and full just at the right level. The bacon was TRULY out of the world!! I can't remember the last time I had such perfect and rich bacon. They were soft yet also crispy and so so so rich (without being greasy) and flavorful. I don't know how they pulled that off, but I agree with the other reviewers--their food is really reminiscent of the "old" American days with satisfying, homely breakfast foods. Latte (hot with oat milk) was great too. Service was great.

"Back to the best".... not so much !…read more We stopped in for a quick lunch , they said all they had were tri tip sandwiches . They should of called them sliders ... They were small biscuit sized sandwiches with a stale limp dill pickle on the side and a dixie cup size of potato salad on the side , 2 drinks a water bottle and a small soda ... For $25.00 !!! Wtf ??? What a rip off . The tri tip had a good flavor , the potato salad was some what grainy , it was just too small of portions for 25 bucks . Just not worth it ! We had gotten it to go and it was packaged in styrofoam so I didn't see the sandwiches until we got about 30 miles away in the mountains.... And was shocked when I saw the small slider size ! I felt cheated at best , not back to the best, more like worse than the rest !

A good sign! we thought, as the place is evidently popular. The girls working behind the counter were clearly overwhelmed, and two in particular were complaining loudly to one another, and I overheard the barista make a pretty rude comment to a regular (she knew him by name). Pastries didn't look too impressive to us (either pre-packaged or too sugary), so we ordered our coffees and then perused the broad selection of wares for sale, a mishmash of tea towels and journals and weird religious art, amongst other things. It took about a half hour for us to get our beverages (a honey latte and an iced latte with oat milk) from the time we arrived, and they were really not worth it. Neither of us finished our coffees and instead endured our ride back to Seattle mostly sans caffeine. Quite disappointing.
