I was excited to find a boba place in town. We had a Thai Tea and Honeydew drinks, both of them had a weak flavor.

WOW! I happened to see this place on my drive to the Lompoc airport for some skydiving. You guys!!! Drive thru coffee!!!!!!!! The taro was great!! I couldn't believe how amazes it tastes! =p Also the coconut jelly was it that was inside..that was really yummy! Service was quick and I think they also have a tiny lot you can park in. I only get regular coffee at coffee shops (either hot or iced). I tried the iced coffee here yesterday and typing this makes me want to run back there for another one as soon as I'm done. Not kidding, I think I will. Truly one of the best iced coffees I've ever had. Very friendly barista the day I pulled up. I used to like going here. Thought their coffee was good, usually get my usual 3 shots over ice. I feel like their "specialty drinks" are over priced, too sweet & not enough coffee in them. But lately this place is getting bad. The last 2 times I've went there is only 1 girl working & I waited about 30 minutes both times to finally get my normal drink, nothing special. The last time I went I waited SO long with only 1 car ahead of me & the girl working was really in friendly. Never said "hi", just asked what I wanted, no smiling, nothing! Maybe she's having a bad day, too busy? Well, I've been waiting forever with my 3 kids in the car to pay more than Starbucks prices for a drink, so maybe improve your customer service! Love Coffee Time! Whenever I have to drive to my office in SB, I look forward to stopping by Coffee Time on my way out of town. Their early opening @ 6am is convenient, especially with their drive-thru. However, they don't have any lighting by the street so you could miss it at that early in the dark morning unless you look for it. Once you're there, I highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee. I'm the kind of person that likes coffee with her sugar but the Vietnamese coffee is just sweet enough where you don't need anything extra - you grab your coffee and go! Don't forget to get your frequent coffee stamp card stamped up so you work towards your free drink! I'm also fond of their Mexican mocha which is great to satisfy your chocolate sweet tooth. The staff offer friendly service, even at 6 in the morning. They have two drive thru windows and they're pretty good at juggling multiple customers at once. My favorite coffee in Lompoc. Mexican mocha is my personal favorite and the staff is amazing, friendly, and remember you and your drink if you are a regular. This morning I went and got two Mexican mochas as I have for the last few mornings. Today I was served by Tattiana who was beyond rude. She didn't greet us when we arrived at the window, and had a rather unfriendly disposition. She eventually wandered over to the window and said "do you need more time?" Instead of asking what we would like. Then after I paid, her coworker who was incredibly friendly in comparison made our drinks and asked if we wanted whipped cream to which I said yes! When Tattiana noticed the whipped cream she mumbled under her breath and brought us our drinks. She put them down on her counter and said, "that will be 50 cents." I was confused because I'd already paid and noticing my confusion she said "whipped cream is extra" I've always been asked if I wanted whipped cream in my previous visits but as I handed her the two quarters I asked if she just assumes people don't want it. She said if we want whipped cream we need to ask for it ahead of time. I can understand that's how the company rolls but when I pay almost $10 for two drinks I feel like she could have just given us the drinks and mentioned next time we should ask for whipped cream when we order in a kind manner. Her attitude was just unfounded and next time she's serving I think I'll just keep driving because I do not want to spend my money at a place where the barista is that rude to the customers. The coffee here is excellent. The employees are always friendly and quick with making the drinks. The double drive up windows make it for a quick stop on the way to work. I have been coming here for years. Used to visit the Santa Maria store and now the Lompoc store. This service is much faster than Starbucks and the price is better. The girls are all nice and once when my order was wrong I received a free coffee for the troubles. The buy 10 get one free is another reason why I keep coming back. read more
