There were two of them and only one of me, so I felt outnumbered and had to comply. Ordinarily I'd have given a tip and been happy. But today, no tip and an honest review. I'm giving 2 stars for the delicious chocolate ice cream, and 0 stars for terrible (and strange!) customer service. I don't know if the owner reads these reviews, but well done on preserving your metal spoons from thievery! But terrible job on training your staff on customer service.
