The boba was fresh and perfectly squishy, and the coffee was the perfect amount of sweet. If you like your Vietnamese iced coffee more bitter, then this spot may be slightly too sweet for you. I love sweet stuff, but not TOO much when it comes to this kind of coffee because condensed milk is just so dense, but this place got the sweetness level perfect. After a half day of trial and no lunch, the caffeine level in this coffee was perfect to power me thru the rest of my court day and got me thru my 3.5 hour drive home. Rose Milk Tea with Pudding 5/5 - perfectly sweetened to the tea base!! It's not overly sweet or overly floral!! Okinawa Milk Tea with House Boba 5/5 - very strong tea! I loved the Okinawa tea and how there's not a lot of sweetener in it!! House Boba was fresh and chewy!! Picked up some drinks for a drive back home. We ordered two jasmine milk teas, one strawberry smoothie and one pineapple smoothie. My milk tea had an added topping of honey boba at the 25% sweetness level and all I tasted was milk (no tea flavor). The boba was very chewy and had no flavor either. My niece and nephew shared that their strawberry and pineapple smoothies were good. They added toppings of their choice so the sweetness from that must have made the drinks taste better. They have a nice variety of options on their menu but I would vote to say this boba spot is "okay" -- and not an absolute must stop in Santa Maria. read more

I always have a good time coming here. I have been coming since they first opened and I'm a huge fan of their milk teas. 100% sweet is a bit much for me so I usually go for 75% or 50%. The service is super nice as well. They did have a wait of 10 mins since they were making more boba. Which we didn't mind waiting, the person on register Was super helpful and apologetic about the wait. He was very nice. This has been my go to spot for boba. I've been here about 4 times now within the past month. I am so glad they are so close to me and just around the corner from my house. I'd say this place is better than a lot of boba places I've been to including BobaTime which just opened in Oxnard. I've only ordered their boba and sesame red bean balls, and their shaved ice, which honestly I wasn't a fan of, but everything else was good. All the boba I've had has always been really good. Their boba is always a good consistency and just enough sweet. My favorite drink to get is the matcha milk tea with boba and egg pudding. Service is always quick and they have always been super friendly. I also love their sweet little snack, sesame red bean balls. So yummy! I haven't tasted the rest of their snacks and little bowls, but I am sure they are just as good. If you come here often, make sure to get a card and get it stamped. This boba shop isn't bad for where it is! I've been to plenty of boba shops in LA / SD that are much better than this place, but given that this place is in Santa Maria, I'm pretty impressed. I got the Toffee Milk Tea with boba made "Dirty", which just means they drizzle caramel on the sides of the cup. I also got to customize my sweetness level to 50% and ask for no ice. The drink itself was pretty good but the boba wasn't... the flavor wasn't good (kinda plasticky) and it was hard in the middle, making for an inconsistent texture.
