On our way to Santa Barbara we stopped in for 2 coffee and 2 kids hot cocoas. And to use their nice restrooms. This is my favorite spot for coffee in SM. Easy parking is important. And the store is large enough to not feel cramped. I recommend this location. read more

Life saver! While on a road trip, I started to run out of fuel lol Not gas, but I was so tired. And saw this Starbucks right off the freeway. I got a coffee and a cranberry bliss bar. My husband got a basic black coffee. My cranberry bliss bar was great! And the coffee was a lifesaver. It helped me push through the rest of the road trip. Service was good and quick. Ambiance was fast, I hit the drive through. No complaints from me. read more

I've done to this SBux a lot to meet people as it's larger than most in town. But I've had two bad experiences there within the last few months. My regular drink is a grande dirty chai, one shot, no water. My guy brought me one home that tasted exactly like a regular latte, no chai flavor at all. Ok, mistakes happen. Then today I bring home two of the same but ordered with FIVE pumps of chai syrup, no water. And they still taste like regular lattes. No chai, water added. Something weird is going on. Is the barista unable to read the order labels? Untrained in making chai lattes? Philosophically opposed to the coupling of tea and coffee? Had I been served the drink on site I would certainly have inquired, but as it is I may simply need to avoid this particular coffeehouse in the future. read more

This is my go to Starbucks location in town! I live completely across town but come here for the service. Every single worker is great, cheerful, helpful and awesome! It is well managed! My drinks and snacks are always awesome! I'm here 3-4 times a week, they start my day out right! Thank you!!! read more

This is a great Starbucks just off of Highway 101. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. You go there enough you start to get to know them and it feels like family. The barista's really know their stuff and can make you anything your heart desires. Now just like any location especially those off of a major highway sometimes the drive-through lines can be a bit long. I feel that's typical of most drive-through places off of a highway. They are not only serving the people in town but the people who are passing through to grab something to eat or drink. Service with a smile is what this location is all about. They are more than happy to make your beverage however it is you like it. I'd say if you are in a rush and you don't wanna wait through the drive-through line you can use the mobile app to order and pick up inside or just walk inside and order. read more

Wonderful service & delicious drinks. Our family defin. Dislikes ALL the food offerribgs & drinks are way overpriced; but they're magic tasting esp the chai tea latte since I don't drink coffee! I was a little surprised today when I finished my drink. There was a Stevia packet inside the drink. How do you not know when you drop a used packet inside the cup? I'd give a zero if I could. Left my drink half finished in the back counter for 10 minutes

Horrible service, came around 7am to order coffee whoever was working the drive thru had a shitty attitude, very disrespectful and condescending when I asked if about seasonal Starbucks drinks sale.. I legit backed up from the drive thru and didn't order anything. Her attitude was so negative I didn't even want her to make me a drink. Message for you drive thru person: if you hate your job quit! If you're not a morning person go to the PM shift. But don't be fucking rude! read more

This is one of the few Starbucks locations here in town. I am here all the time and the staff is very friendly and nice, different team members always make it a point to chat with me. There is always a good number of people hanging out and doing work so it makes it a cool place to hang out. The drinks are made well and there aren't any complaints. The small parking section right outside the store is kind of designed weirdly. Don't park too close to the Starbucks itself when the drive thru is getting busy, you might get stuck in your spot until the drive thru customers make their way through. read more

Today is Wednesday, October 23 Today's review will primarily focus on my experience with Drive Thru this Starbucks location is either a hit or miss ; some days the line is ridiculous and the wait time is more one would appreciate However today my experience was great; the lift I've thru line was average with good wait time I really enjoy this location as it it gives you easy access to the highway , is close to college and government buildings During busy times I have tried calling in my order but have found that waiting in line through drive thru continues to be the shortest and more accurate way to get your order read more

Went through the drive thru and although service was fast, this location could work on their customer service. Wanted to order a frappe and all they said very rudely was "I can't make that." Line at the register, 2 of 7 employees working. The other 5 huddled around one persons phone looking at pictures.

Very slow drive-thru service. We spent almost 30 minutes on the drive-thru line for only two orders

This is about the only Starbucks I've been to that simply cannot make a traditional dipping espresso macchiato. I had to have our macchiatos remade three times because they kept on adding volumes of milk. The manager needs to train the people. A dupio macchiato is two shots of coffee and some foam, that's it. Basically I think the store is too busy for them to take the time, an extra 30 seconds, create some good form read more

This is always our stop when heading up to Paso Robles. This time got a latte. When I told the barista that it tastes all milk, if she could just put some coffee in the one I sipped. She was very cranky. I figured she was busy making other orders. Then she hands me a new cup and said she made a new one for me. I didn't want another one. I just wanted some espresso or coffee added to make it taste like a coffee. So I had another one that tasted like milk with a little coffee. Very disappointed. Also there were 5 other workers just standing around talking. I know its not that busy but it just doesn't look good. Customer service should also be a priority. While ordering I asked for 1 row of ice because every time I ask for light ice they fill it half way with ice, they said 1 row? And said you mean light ice then we got the drink and it was half way with ice again. Told them and got attitude when she took the drink and told her co worker I guess they wanted 1 row. They took it back and took the ice out and filled the rest with water... not ok at all. This happens way to often I shouldn't feel embarrassed to ask them to fix their mistake, and feel worse with the reactions they gave. read more

I've always had a good experience at most Starbucks but this location really takes the cake! Tonight we went in through drive thru and were helped by Chris Boyd. The drinks we ordered were pore overs so he let us know there would be a short wait time we said that was fine. While waiting Boyd started a conversation by saying "Tell me something amazing about today" (with a genuine smile on his face) the conversation kept going as we waited for our coffee. He was friendly, funny, and his customer service was on point! After leaving drive thru we tried our drinks and realized that unfortunately we didn't ask for enough pumps of the flavoring and it was warm Not hot due to the heavy cream. We went inside the store and were helped by Laura. We left her know about our coffee and she gave us some suggestions, she offered to make one to see if we like it. She made us one and it was on point flavor wise but still only warm. She said okay hold on (the whole time still being super friendly) she came back with another, we tried it and it was perfect! She then let us know it was a tall with 3 pumps of each sugar free syrup (vanilla and cinnamon dolce) steamed heavy cream, extra hot) so we knew for future orders! Needless to say we left there happy and with a new favorite drinks! Thanks Boyd & Laura for making our Sunday night Starbucks run pleasant and fun! :) read more

OH MY GOSH W TO THE T TO THE F!! I HAD SUCH A GREAT DAY TILL I GOT TO THIS PLACE! I pulled up to Starbucks to get a drink where it is known to allow customized drinks but the person attending me or taking my order seemed to bothered by it and clearly demonstrated it. It made me feel uncomfortable but I Apologize as soon as I got to the window for any miscommunication on my behalf. The apology was not accepted. Therefore, that's where the issue arises where i truly believe this service is unacceptable on there behalf.
