I've done to this SBux a lot to meet people as it's larger than most in town. But I've had two bad experiences there within the last few months. My regular drink is a grande dirty chai, one shot, no water. My guy brought me one home that tasted exactly like a regular latte, no chai flavor at all. Ok, mistakes happen. Then today I bring home two of the same but ordered with FIVE pumps of chai syrup, no water. And they still taste like regular lattes. No chai, water added. Something weird is going on. Is the barista unable to read the order labels? Untrained in making chai lattes? Philosophically opposed to the coupling of tea and coffee? Had I been served the drink on site I would certainly have inquired, but as it is I may simply need to avoid this particular coffeehouse in the future. read more

This is a great Starbucks just off of Highway 101. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. You go there enough you start to get to know them and it feels like family. The barista's really know their stuff and can make you anything your heart desires. Now just like any location especially those off of a major highway sometimes the drive-through lines can be a bit long. I feel that's typical of most drive-through places off of a highway. They are not only serving the people in town but the people who are passing through to grab something to eat or drink. Service with a smile is what this location is all about. They are more than happy to make your beverage however it is you like it. I'd say if you are in a rush and you don't wanna wait through the drive-through line you can use the mobile app to order and pick up inside or just walk inside and order. read more

This is one of the few Starbucks locations here in town. I am here all the time and the staff is very friendly and nice, different team members always make it a point to chat with me. There is always a good number of people hanging out and doing work so it makes it a cool place to hang out. The drinks are made well and there aren't any complaints. The small parking section right outside the store is kind of designed weirdly. Don't park too close to the Starbucks itself when the drive thru is getting busy, you might get stuck in your spot until the drive thru customers make their way through. read more

This is always our stop when heading up to Paso Robles. This time got a latte. When I told the barista that it tastes all milk, if she could just put some coffee in the one I sipped. She was very cranky. I figured she was busy making other orders. Then she hands me a new cup and said she made a new one for me. I didn't want another one. I've always had a good experience at most Starbucks but this location really takes the cake! Tonight we went in through drive thru and were helped by Chris Boyd. The drinks we ordered were pore overs so he let us know there would be a short wait time we said that was fine. While waiting Boyd started a conversation by saying "Tell me something amazing about today" (with a genuine smile on his face) the conversation kept going as we waited for our coffee. He was friendly, funny, and his customer service was on point! After leaving drive thru we tried our drinks and realized that unfortunately we didn't ask for enough pumps of the flavoring and it was warm Not hot due to the heavy cream. We went inside the store and were helped by Laura. We left her know about our coffee and she gave us some suggestions, she offered to make one to see if we like it. She made us one and it was on point flavor wise but still only warm. She said okay hold on (the whole time still being super friendly) she came back with another, we tried it and it was perfect! She then let us know it was a tall with 3 pumps of each sugar free syrup (vanilla and cinnamon dolce) steamed heavy cream, extra hot) so we knew for future orders!
