Located in the heart of Kings Square, I think this is the best place to get a little respite in the otherwise dull, gloomy shopping centre.
Coffee Moments is below a grand glass roof, which brings in all the light from the sky. It's really quite relaxing to watch the clouds go by while sipping on a cuppa, and makes the long days work forgettable in a daze. There are also umbrella shades, just incase that glass turns into a conservatory.
I didn't actually order a tea or coffee, instead, I opted to try one of their most peculiar ice creams on offer. Looking in the ice cream tubs, I saw the usual, mint choc chip, strawberry and rum & raisin, but I also found a multi-coloured ice cream called 'rainbow' bubble gum flavour. With the temptation too hard to fight away, I decided to buy a scoop for £1.70 (fairly reasonable price I guess!) This psychedelic ice cream tasted amazing, just like bubble gum in fact!
