A few little yard arts, chairs, and plants...very welcoming! The B&B is on the left and the tap room is on the right, the garage, where the covered patio is. Co-owner Brenda was behind the bar. They had a good tap list, not overwhelming but enough to quench any palate. There was also a good list of guest taps, all Inbound. When Brenda mentioned she could pour me an "air" I responded... oh Lucid Air! That's one I hadn't heard in a minute! The tap room is very cozy and w Brenda also being a travel agent there is travel destination suggestions on the tap list. Mid visit the Brewer/co-owner, Ford came behind the bar. There was a decent selection of vinyl....not sure if they have a record player or it's just fun "decoration"? My friend gave me the explanation of the names on the shelving behind her. Again....fer cute!! I won't divulge it, go on & ask for yourself, I think it'd be funner hearing it in person from an owner! One friend opted for an Inbound beer. After having Brenda pour me a taste of Chubby Chipmonk Pale Wheat, which was good but better than a standard wheat beer since it's a Pale Wheat, so if you're looking for a muted beer, this isn't it, so go on and taste it. I asked my other friend f I could have a sip of his Bicycle Brown? There it is....that's what my palate is looking for! I opted for a pint of Bicycle Brown Ale... it hit the mark....as I still had a couple hour drive in front of me to the cities. I cannot speak enough of how kind and warm the owner was. She went above and beyond for us and even walked us to our car with umbrellas in the pouring rain. As far as beer, our favorites were the strawberry lemon shandy for a nice fruity summer beer and the Citra/Mosaic IPA. Delicious! We come to Lake Pepin every year and we will definitely be back!

Parking is not the best and it's a dirt road leading up to the place so don't head there in a fancy car that you're gonna get upset about if rocks shoot up and scratch your paint. There is no cell connection there so it would have been nice for staff to have the WiFi password available for all upon arrival. I had to ask one of the bartenders if we could have the WiFi password and she wasn't sure either. Bathrooms were well decorated. It's a short walk from the parking/road to the chapel seating area and it's grassy and hilly for anyone who has mobility issues. Otherwise, again, it's a gorgeous location.

There were about 130ish guests who attended this wedding. Parking was not an issue, we didn't get there early but rather on time and parked right away. Walking up you pass the coolest rustic red barn. Its truly unique and a beautiful statement. When you get to the ceremony site its nestled inside a field. There is the sweet maintained area once you pass through large barn doors. In a way this makes it feel very private but still outdoor. Then, bedside each bench there are beautiful stained glass windows suspended almost in the sky. This way you can see the beams of light coming through. The ceremony was so stunning. Afterwards we retreated to a covered reception area. Let me be a little more specific it was covered yet it was still outside. To me this was much more doable for a wedding post covid. I felt safe, it felt spacious, and we got to enjoy the nice breeze in the evening. My friends did a lot of it themselves decorating wise, but I bet you could honestly make it your own! Lastly, the bathrooms/facilities were clean and kept stocked. There are two and they were gender neutral which allowed everyone to feel safe and comfortable.

When a business shares your last name, you have to go to check it out. The winery is WAY off the beaten path but is definitely worth the journey. My husband and I wanted to sample some of their wares before buying, so got the sweet wine flight. All of the wines were good but I liked the peach the best. We also ordered the Margherita pizza. This was very good and from a local supplier. After taking a bunch of pictures my husband and I decided that this is a beautiful place for parties or weddings. When your name is on the business you have to buy as much merchandise with your name on it as possible. To my surprise the wine, pizza, and clothing were all much less expensive than I had anticipated. So I stocked up. There is so much to see, do, and taste. I can't recommend Danzinger Vineyards enough!

Lake City is a very pretty place to stop and take a walk, with lots of good places to eat. Continuing down to Wabasha (back on the Minnesota side of the Mississippi) , it's a really pretty drive. The Eagle Center is equal parts educational and a place to get up close and personal with a variety of eagles. They also have demonstrations that are guaranteed to delight both kids and adults. Take a bit of time and walk around the town of Wabasha, which was established in 1854. Many of the old homes and buildings still remain in this very historic town. The Eagle Center and the town of Wabasha are great destinations at any time of the year.

My first impression of the property is that it is beautiful. They did a nice job with the property. The outdoor vineyard and wedding area is also quite lovely. The property was clean, restrooms clean, nice outdoor patio for dining. For the wine tasting, our hostess did a nice job explaining the various wines as we moved through the tasting menu. I didn't catch her name but she was very nice. We also briefly met Matt who was also very friendly. I felt the majority of wines were more on the sweet side, however, there were definitely several that leaned dry. I would t necessarily call any of them "full bodied". For Wisconsin wines, these were actually pretty good. The pours were generous compared to pours you may receive when tasting in Napa, Sonoma or Paso Robles so well worth the price. I would recommend stopping in and visiting Villa Belleza!

Best bed we've stayed in (away from home), the coolest robes for after the shower (which was in the middle of the tub, open to the room! Lots of fun little things you wouldn't expect, like q-tips, ear plugs, dental floss, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of pillows, lotion, toothpaste, and so much more I may have forgotten something?! Anyway, if you want to make memories...definitely come here!!! We just stayed again this past weekend 07/2018. Again it was fabulous and Brenda was just as great as first time! Barry (the owner) and his team really want everyone to have a good time and enjoy some really great original music. Check it out -- worth the drive for sure as you will see some big time music like Mason Jennings and Bob Wootton up close -- a very unique place that you won't find in the big city.
