They are open late too, which makes for free and easy street parking right outside their doors after that 8 pm hour. The locals & regulars are always welcoming. Inviting you to sit with them & sharing their drink with you, as this place is BYOB. They have a fee for providing you with ice & a glass, but nothing outrageous. They also have in-house soft drinks & coffee/espresso. Everyone greets you, will shake your hand, it's an amazing cigar community. Mellow classy environment setting the ultimate chill vibes. Climate control & air filtration systems are top notch. Their humidor is always at the right humidity & well maintained. Their selection is what is to be expected with all of the big names, & I've found some harder to find sticks in a particular line here on several occasions. This place is a high class vibe, without being judgy. It is for everybody! It sits in a strip mall complex so there's plenty of free parking. They also allow you to bring in outside food or have it delivered. They also sell cigar accessories on site such as Boveda bags, cutters, & lighters. This place is a true gem of the area and a place you should definitely stop by.

I was at South End Cigars for an event debuting a friend's cigar and the lounge was in full gear…read more My friend's cigar, the Queen Makeda, was excellent and is offered at South End's humidor. South End has a bar at the front where you can purchase water and receive ice service and mini buckets. It's BYOB as is the case at many lounges. Buy sticks from the humidor, but feel free to smoke what you bring. The clean restroom is on the other side of the u shaped bar from the entrance and the lounge area is on the right side on the other side of the humidor to your right as you enter. They have a good selection at fair price points. I imagine they will expand the humidor with time, given how new the lounge is at this location. The lounge area is kept considerably darker than the bar area and it is easy on the eyes. There are lamps on tables that create a nice mood. Flatscreens on all the walls allow you to watch the action from every seat. Those seats and short couches deserve special mention. They are very comfortable and supportive. There is no sagging or slouching. These are some of the most comfortable of any lounge. The Ladies who partner up and manage the business will take good care of you. There is always someone circulating about to ensure you have ice, clear your ashes and glassware of those who leave, or to arrange the seating to accommodate the crowds. The one weakness was the air handling and filtration. The filters and air handlers are visible in the ceiling, but they are not up to the task if there is a crowd at South End. They may well suffice with a normal crowd or during the day, but need an upgrade and or filter replacement for the crowded evenings. You'll have a great time at South End. It doesn't look like much from the street and immediately at the entrance, but what awaits you inside is good hospitality and great company of BOTLs and SOTLs. Prices are fair and service is great. Four stars!

Or you could go to the local diner and spend a lot less on the special, and walk away feeling just as good about your dinner. C&T's Signature is the cigar shop version of your favorite local diner. There's a really slick upscale cigar bar a few blocks away, with the kind of prices you expect to pay at a really slick upscale place. And it's a nice place. C&T's isn't that place. C&T's is a regular neighborhood joint where you can just relax and enjoy a pleasant hour or two with a cigar. It's your corner bar, but with cigars instead of liquor. Nothing fancy here, just comfortable leather chairs, 4 big-screen tv's to watch the games, some music and a well-stocked humidor. I told Jason what I like to smoke and he recommended the Undercrown Maduro Corona. It was very fresh, aromatic, and mild. A little milder than I like, but that's not a fault of the cigar nor of Jason. Just describing the smoke. Nice tight stick, I smoked it more than an hour and there was still some time left in it. It never bit me. Cigar people are friendly wherever they are. As the regular customers came in the only thing that changed was the volume. Nice folks. The refrigerator didn't have what I wanted so I went to the store across the street. There was no issue with that. They don't serve alcohol, I don't know if you can bring your own. I'm sure women would be welcomed, I just didn't see any. Just 5 or 6 guys while I was there on a Friday night. There's plenty more seating, I can imagine it would be a fun, noisy place with 15 or 20 people there. Total cost: $10 bucks for the smoke and $3 bucks for a couple sodas from the store. Money well spent. I won't rate C&T Signature compared to the upscale places, because they aren't trying to be an upscale place. I think they're trying to be your local corner cigar shop, which they did very well tonight.
