Two days later, desperate for help, I went to see Dr. Dalia Ibrahim. Instead of showing any concern or providing answers, she dismissed my symptoms entirely and sent me out of her office with zero support or follow-up. I left feeling abandoned and uncared for at a time when I was terrified something was seriously wrong. What followed was a month of severe pain, ER visits, and multiple GI consultations. No one could explain what happened, and I was left to suffer on my own until the symptoms slowly faded. This experience was traumatic enough that I will never undergo another colonoscopy again. Based on how I was treated, I absolutely cannot recommend Dr. Ibrahim. In my opinion, she was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed a shocking lack of compassion when I needed medical care the most.

But I just called her office to get my records and the woman who answered couldn't have been more rude. Like the kind of rude that impacts your whole day. I've been coming to dr majer for probably about 15 years…read more.. My mother and sisters are both patients as well and we could not be happier with her. We have pretty low maintenance bills of health so really only see her once a year for a physical called a Well Woman's check but each time it is as pleasant as can be. My most recent visit was a Pap & WW check and of course those are not the most thrilling - and come with their own slight anxiety - but Dr Majer and her staff made me feel very at ease the entire time. I had a 9am apt on a Friday and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The front desk tech took my name, insurance and pre-liminary measurements - she was very kind and friendly. Then after changing in an exam room decorated with all her USC accomplishments, Doc Majer came in and we set about our apt. She is very kind hearted and soft when asking questions and took much detail on my chart about family health developments and activity levels. This lead to talking about running with my dogs and then she made herself even more relatable by talking about her labradoodle and all the fun they've had... all while performing my WW check which was great actually as there was no awkwardness as one might expect with the examination of her lady bits. lol I trust her so much I asked for a referral doc for my husband... she was kind enough to give me two and said she'd get the results to me via email in the patient portal - the office is very tech savvy as they confirm appts with an automated system, keep computer records of wellness and offer a patient portal to give you access anywhere any time. Be aware that she is great so she is ALWAYS very busy... but that really is a testament to her greatness! I usually try to visit in January as it seems to be much more relaxed than the end of the year crunch between October-December. That is definitely their busiest time as people try to squeeze in their yearly insurance visits so make your appointments accordingly and hold them! I had procrastinated on rescheduling my WW check up all year and called early Dec for an appointment - the earliest available was today - 3 weeks later. She's great. Call now and see her next month! PS The parking structure is $1/30 mins but the general uncovered parking is free (the office does not validate). The office is on the 5th floor at the end of the hallway the right of the elevator upon exit.

She does not hesitate to order tests to find out a problem She's not the type of doctor that just waits and see until your arm falls off before thinking maybe something should be done. She has given us great care! I only gave three stars because the office policy on emergencies has forced me to see urgent care facilities. One time I called 24 hours ahead to let them know how sick I've been and that I need to see Dr. Majer. I thought with 24 hours notice they could find somewhere to fit me in. Nope. I was told I would have to wait and call the next morning. Luckily, I got a referral to an urgent care that saw me immediately and diagnosed my strep throat and got me on antibiotics so I wouldn't be contagious to others. If I waited for Dr. Majer's office who knows what would have happened! On another emergency situation I had cut my finger very badly. It was so bad I had to totally wrap my finger in multiple bandaids and wrap to keep it from bleeding all over the place and the throbbing was incredible. I went into Dr. Majer's office early on a Friday morning, explained to the girl what had happened. She looked at me with no emotion and said that they were so busy (not one patient was in the waiting room) and there was no way Dr. Majer could see me that day. I love Dr. Majer and have been seeing her for years. I am resisting very hard from finding a new doctor. But I am considering it because of the issue of emergency situations.

I believe it is the owner that is there on all of the other days, which is every day, but Friday, Saturday and Sunday to the best of my knowledge. I do not recommend this urgent care. Unless you go on the days that PA Richard is there which is Friday Saturday and Sunday because the provider who is I believe the owner is a condescending, rude, arrogant and overall unpleasant human being and I will never see him again that's for sure. The two girls working on 5/26/26 at the front desk were incompetent…read more The moment I stepped in the two young women at the front desk were blatantly more focused on their past partying events they did vs helping the packed lobby. Meanwhile the lobby area is filled they have about 8-10 clipboards untouched and stacked and after 20 minutes of waiting for them to help me while I'm standing their directly in front of them listening about their weekend for them to ask me my name, ID, medical information. Nothing finally they help and I fill out the first form of paperwork because I had been there before. The new girl can't find my name proceeds to have me fill out 3 pages of paperwork and ask for my ID and medical information after 40 minutes of waiting all the paperwork they finally announce to the entire waiting room my medical info + that I can't be seen unless I pay $100 due to my insurance not being accepted. If they had asked me for my info from the get go I would have been in another urgent care getting treated but instead I sat there in agonizing pain for 40 minutes before being told my insurance wasn't accepted. Also I did call prior to going to ensure they accepted my insurance. Instead of gossiping and chit chatting in front of all the people who are waiting for medical care do your job! Considering you signed up to be in the medical field we all could have been helped in a timely manner instead of sitting around waiting for these two women finish their conversations about their weekend plans.
