STAY AWAY If you are looking for professional and reliable web development services. We had a quite…read moredisappointing unprofessional experience with this group, specifically with David Kamjoo. Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

All during a very stressful time in our lives and after Verizon's sales tactics had left us overwhelmed. Jeremy stepped in with a conference call, laid out a clear plan on what to buy, where to buy, and how to save money. We left the call with confidence and even learned about affordable refurbished options. When the phones arrived, he tackled the hardest part: transferring years of data from my dad's outdated Android to his new iPhone. It was not easy, but Jeremy patiently worked through every obstacle until it was done. My mom's iPhone 16 setup was smooth after that and he even checked all our devices (phones, laptop, iPad) to be sure everything was synced, updated and running well. My parents felt truly cared for. My dad said, "What a kind and patient man. He certainly has his Black Belt in Apple!"My mom added, "Jeremy is just so patient and funny. Never intimidating like other IT people. He's enjoyable to get help from." The value was outstanding and now my parents feel confident and excited about their devices. Highly recommend MacMan every time!

This REALLY should be a two star review but I have to be honest: if you need anything Asian related in terms of cookery, you will probably find it here. And since there's no real competition, other than online, I am absolutely rounding up. But yes, be prepared to scrub the stuff you're getting here thoroughly before using for food prep. At any rate, when I needed Ta Fong, it came through in a pinch. A client required a super authentic hotpot setup for a photo shoot and there wasn't enough time to get anything online. I must have stopped at three other locations of cooking supply stores that technically *should* have carried what I needed, but they didn't. When I got to Ta Fong, there were MANY hotpots for me to choose from. Some looked super Chinese country style in that they had painted pastel flowers and whatnot and others were super modern, imported from Japan. There were many different sizes and since my client and I didn't have a consensus on what would look good in a shoot, I ended up getting three. Things got awkward in regard to me buying the different sizes in that I got automatically interrogated at the counter as to why I needed three and I was upfront about needing it for a styled shoot. Suddenly, I was told there would be no returns at all. As in, the return policy that applies to everyone else got nullified for me at the start. I get where they're coming from in that no one wants to be a free rental house for props but I very clearly explained that I would only be using one of these and the rest were for sizing purposes only. So the lady wrote on my receipt that I COULD bring back only one of the three. I pushed to return back two but could only get her to pre-emptively agree to give me return authorization for one. That sucked. But at the end of the day, the shoot went great and the hotpot we ended up selecting--the large size one--worked beautifully. So, yeah, I'm a-ok with Ta Fong.
