Since our fishing guide was fully booked for the remainder of our vacation, we decided to find another way to get out on the water, and we're so glad we did. The sailboat was beautiful, and the experience was relaxing from start to finish. Captain Andy and first mate were very friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with them about South Haven and the local area. It was a great day on the lake. Overcast, but the sun poked through a few times. We even brought a bottle of champagne and orange juice to enjoy mimosas while we sailed. They were so nice to our kids and even let them help put up the sail and explained the different parts of the sailboat. The entire experience was great and a perfect way to spend a morning on the water with our family. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend Fresh Coast Sailing to anyone visiting South Haven! His boat slip is also in a great location, just below the Old Harbor Inn. We walked into town after our sail for lunch

DO NOT RENT HERE. We reserved a golf cart for a family reunion in South Haven for three days…read more The VRBO cancelled our reservation the day before 11 people were arriving from three different states. So, of course we can't use the golf cart rental. South Haven is full of tourists, all golf carts are reserved, there is no way this golf cart would not be rented sometime during the weekend. They refused to refund our money, so we're out over 300.00 for three days of cart rental. I have owned a business...I would never treat a customer like that. This just shows you what kind of owners this business has. Go somewhere else where they'll treat your fairly.

We booked a morning trip to try the waters on the big pond and could not have been more pleased with the outcome. They were very well organized and had their process down to such a science that we hardly found time to sit back and relax (of course that is because they kept running us across the fish all morning). I have already contacted many friends from other states and have people excited about coming out for a few more trips while the season is on.
