So, of course we can't use the golf cart rental. South Haven is full of tourists, all golf carts are reserved, there is no way this golf cart would not be rented sometime during the weekend. They refused to refund our money, so we're out over 300.00 for three days of cart rental. I have owned a business...I would never treat a customer like that. This just shows you what kind of owners this business has. Go somewhere else where they'll treat your fairly.

I would definitely rental from here again if I was in town. Some of the boats are also equipped to dock and allow the passengers to swim out- but you need to do the longer rental option for this.

Ryan specializes in steelhead fishing on the Kalamazoo and St Joseph Rivers in SW MI. Steelhead river fishing usually begins in November and continues all though the winter and as late as April, provided the weather stays cold. My neighbor and I chartered with Ryan yesterday. He has a unique boat for this area. It was manufactured in the Pacific NW where river fishing is a way of life. It's wide and stable and perfect for up to 4 guests. Ryan spent out first few minutes on the water explaining the equipment and his fishing methodology. We soon were in the river's current, casted and began following his suggestions. Within minutes we had a hit and landed a 7-8 lb steelhead. For our 5 hrs on the water we landed 8 (7-12 lbs) and hooked up but did not land, another 4-5. Ryan's system worked, his advice while fishing was spot on and it was an all around perfect day. I know you'll enjoy fishing with Ryan.
